    Maybe try another analogy for the Starship: 757 vs. 737...737Max not exactly getting great review...IMHO.

      I thought this exact thing. 747 seems the apt comparison.

      Maybe the 787 would be the best analogy

    Why couldn't they put two extra seats on the Polaris mission and pick up the starliner crew on their way home?

      Visiting and inhabiting are far different missions. NASA nor any private companies can inhabit space, they can only send crafts to orbit. Russia and China keep up the stations and make it possible for NASA to participate. Until Russia assists nasa they will be stuck. nasa debunked is a site that explains all this

    • @kyle30312
      @kyle30312 2 месяца назад +3

      Because they're going to a totally different orbit, not to the ISS. NASA has the Starliner crew, Butch and Suni, covered with multiple options for return; NASA just hasn't decided yet which option to go with.

    Unlike Orion this will live stream it. Because they are not pretending they can leave the magnetosphere

    Curious as how vehicles get to orbit don't hit debris in space. Hypothetically if I could launch a unmanned rocket to the moon (most of the way is just drifting) how would I get it past the 28 thousand miles of trash and geo located satellites with out hitting one or being hit? Have you seen maps of known objects? It's like a global "suit of armor" practically.

    • @marsspacex6065
      @marsspacex6065 2 месяца назад +3

      Because we track debris with space radars all over the world and they move out of the way if a collision is predicted.

    • @wisemanofsorts6068
      @wisemanofsorts6068 2 месяца назад +2

      Because those illustrations are just for visualization, they are not accurate to scale. Satelites at their closest are about 20 miles apart from each other. And debris is often even more spread oud.
      Our tracking capabilities and these large gaps make itnroutine to travel into space have have to probability of a collision be extremely low.

      Satellites and debris have many different orbit heights which also reduces the possibility of objects colliding. If you take the Starlink orbit height, and assume just Starlink satellites operate at this height, the surface area of an orbital sphere at this height is around 600 million square kilometres. With around 6400 Starlink satellites currently in orbit this gives them an average of 93,750 square kilometres each of operating space assuming they are eventually equally spaced. Even when they get to the 12,000 satellites planned for this phase they'll have an average of 50,000 square kilometres each.

      nasa cannot send men past LEO. this is all to test radiation in LEO. They never went to the moon and they never will. Orion proved this

    I feel there should be a tank test, you may not notice a vacuum leak but a water leak will be noticed quickly.

      I feel they should do the first dragon capsule EVA at the ISS.
      Jesus humanities Christ Messiah a little lower than the angels for a while but seated at the right hand of God our father now praying we not fall asleep like he did in the garden of getsemene.
      We are in the last days brother and it has nothing to do with the strong delusion of co2 and you as temp is rising first and co2 follows on Earth's closed CO2 loop.
      Earth's increasing axial tilt magnetic north not you is thawing frozen CO2 in the Arctic and will cause Noah's cataclysmic tidal deluges to be pulled out and around the planet east to west by the new moon every 40 years when mercury and Venus are in a major conjunction. The first one will be in 2033 as these are just the birthing pains.
      The mystery of the 7 crossings of our stars electromagnetic gravitational equator Jesus held in his hand not you or co2 is causing these the birthing pains of this the millennium of climate change end times.. Every 12,000 years half the Great Year Earth's orbits cross the ecliptic for a 1,000 years causing every valley to be filled and mountain laid low.
      Take up your millennial cross and profess the word warnings of God our Father as one generation shall sow and another reap the benefits of life and life more abundantly.
