@davdez2200 lol no, I'm not saying that. Im saying you're putting too much stock in picks of unknown value. Knicks didn't get fleeced. Also, if you think Mitchell would've simply cost 5-6 picks, then you're delusional.
I think Bridges changing that jumper and him throwing up bricks has messed with his confidence. Dudes all up in his own head rn. Achiuwa and Mcbride alone coming back will be huge. Not holding my breath with Mitchy, but he obviously would be a huge return too.
Actually glad Bridges didn't sign that extension cause I'm not seeing in him what was marketed of him defensive wing he ain't that and inconsistent on both the offensive and defensive side of the ball.
They can't be perfect can't complain once they get Robinson back there gonna be a dangerous team they have defensive issues right now let's cross our fingers and hope it's not Fournier walker defense in the starting 5.

Bridges is to blame because had donte or mcbride been starting in his place, this team would be much more effective. WE, at least I don't expect Brunson to stop the opponent point of attack. OG does everything and Hart rebounds. If Bridges can't score (which he mostly hasn't), then he needs to lead the back court defense. When he doesn't do his job, it makes things so much harder for both Brunson and KAT (trying to help on the perimeter and recover to the paint, which honestly KAT can't do and we can't ask him to do that and everything else he has done including scoring, double figure rebounding, and play make!).
@@troynyc8429 mcbride cant guard starters snd the dude is undersized. Having donte is impossible, because we traded him for KAT. If you think a team starting sims and Randle and no bridhes would be better, youre lying to yourself. Gi
@@phamawa Who's talking about Randle? Bridges is the guy who should be on the bench. McBride is a hell of defender and if we to tap a guy as an on-ball perimeter defender McBride is it, not Bridges. But against big teams when Robinson gets back, I'd like to see Mitch start. Bridges at the 3 with cam Payne and McBride at the guards, and Achiuwa and Sims to complete the SECOND UNIT. Since Mitch can't start now, then maybe Sims or Huk. They will help Kat with the rebounding and lane protection. This reliefs the perimeter defense because there is another big to help protect the lane when guards penetrate and Bridges has less pressure as a starter (does not seem he handles pressure well).
@troynyc8429 bro you brought up Donte, and I'm telling you that hypothetical is pointless because he was traded with randle. If you wanted to keep Donte, then youd be stuck with julius and sims in the front and still whining lol. Mcbride is a spark off the off the bench, quit acting like he's the better start over bridges because of mikal's struggles. Mikal's got some mental shit going on rn, he'll work it out. That Bridges trade is aging bad very fast. You don't give up 5 1st rd picks for a guy that's never made an all star team or all nba team
