FUN on the FAMOUS 1986-87 Dover (Kone) High-Speed Glass Elevators - Renaissance Nashville Hotel

(Recorded 5-17-24) We’re here at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel with the FAMOUS glass elevators that we all know and love!
They were originally Dover from 1986-1987, and received a slap-on mod by ThyssenKrupp in the early 2000’s, then were fully modernized by Kone in 2012-2013. They were also slightly refurbished in the late 2010’s, as Kone went to upgrade the voice announcements, and install replacement COPs on some cars. Everything else from the 2012-2013 Kone Mod is still original.
