Not exactly. Before vaporwave, there was a trend called hypnagogic pop which further helped spawn chillwave, witch house, vaporwave, etc. But indeed, this sounds already less like hypnagogic pop and more like vaporwave. Not that it matters - it is all derived from the mass of 80s sounds. :)
