I don't want to sound like I'm shilling, but a perfect box for those looking to play PSX and below through EmuElec would be the Tanix TX3 Max. One of the things I loved most about it was the fact that it would effortlessly boot from sd or usb without needing to press down on the reset button. When I didn't feel like playing retro games, I would boot into android and find that it was a surprisingly capable little gaming device. I was able to play a Quake 1 source port at 1080p/stable 60fps with all sorts of effects enabled. Quake 3 on the other hand was a a little choppy at times but still playable with a mouse and keyboard due to its handy little root switch. The only drawback I can think of would be its non-existent ventilation. It had a tendency of running hot when it was powered on for too long. I would later find- after bricking it, unfortunately, and taking it apart- that its only method of cooling was a thick piece of aluminum bridged to the cpu with a cube of thermal putty - very sloppy. All in all, it was a decent little box with some great features, built in bluetooth, and some very slow download speeds, that could really be improved by some kind of makeshift cooling solution, which I guess would be perfect for those who love to tinker around with their electronics.
I personally think that the A95x max plus is the best to run EmuELEC. Its such a powerful box for running retro games. Super smooth gameplay with every rom that I have tried. So simple and user friendly to set up, WiFi and setting up a bluetooth gamepad is super easy. My PS4 pad connected straight away. Scraping all the game art and videos is also super fast and efficient. Its so good infact that I am thinking about hooking it up to my Arcade1up arcade. #retroinvade
I’m guessing this would work with an Android tablet as well. I haven’t been convinced these retro handhelds are better than my 7” tablet + Telescopic controller but I really like the Emuelec-Emulation Station experience over DIG and Android.
From what I hear DIG and Reset Collection don't have quite as good of a UI as EmuELEC, but they get the job done. If you already have such an Android tablet and controller and are happy with that, that's great! For someone who wants to go Android, but doesn't want a tablet, the Odin is also looking very promising!
Did you download the graphical bezels? I have enabled it and installed them but what I have are just plain Bezels saying the Bezel project and the name of the console... no nice graphics of the game :(

Whoa, that's a lot of issues. I've played with Bluetooth controllers and wired controllers at the same time, so that shouldn't be a problem. Also, sound really should just work. Which Android box (with which chipset) are you running on?
It seems you are doing this in Windows. In this OS you could see only first partition of SD card, on the other partition, you wrongly see as unused space, there is Linux format partition, which Windows cannot see. You can use a software for Windows to access the second partition. Just google one.
