Great tips! I unfortunately got my shoulder injured from a dive by landing with my elbow first into the ground. I still have sharp pain in my shoulder almost 5 weeks later! Really want to get back into the net. I just saw your video on how to high dive safely and really should train more to practice those tips!

How do you know when to rush out
When they enter your box you slowly go to him and if he takes a bad touch rush it, make sure you’re where the ball is, don’t guess but anticipate. Anticipate where he goes. Search on how people shoot closer range and it will make it much more easier to anticipate where hes going
Make sure you don’t rush him until he gets near your penalty box
Make sure you make yourself big as possible using your hands as wide as possible
If he’s there with one of your players stay in your position but watch intensively and stand your ground and be ready for his shot. Be on your toes

Did you watch the entire video?
If you have defenders in and around the strike, most of the time, you should stay, trust your position and reflexes.
As a rule of thumbnail, you should only go out when you manage to get to the ball before the striker or close enough that the chance of scoring is less than if you stay.
Hopefully, you understand what I mean when you watch the video.

Yes. When I do these give aways, they typically last a week. So the winner is "announced" roughly one week after the video is released. In this case, the winner didn't want his YT or IG handle to be public on my channel, and I of course have to respect that. But he promised to send an image of him wearing the gloves with a blured face, and I'm still waiting for that. I'll post it in the community and on IG when it's ready 🙏
