Hey man, love your content very usefull but are you able to make a video on when to go for 1v1's and basic drills we can use to get better at 1v1s including the technique, thanks
Hey man! Thanks a lot for your kind words 🙏 Have you watched this video? ruclips.net/video/Lch3un35Xw0/видео.htmlsi=3LFtnwOR_f5NKv3J Tbh, I think it's one of my most underrated videos ☺️ I hope it helps 🙏
Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m really glad to hear that I’ve inspired you on your goalkeeping journey. 💪🧤 As for a daily routine, that’s a great idea! I’ll put it on my list. In the meantime, here’s a simple goalkeeper-focused daily routine you can try: Morning: Start your day with a 10-15-minute stretch or mobility session to keep your body flexible. Follow it up with a light cardio session like jogging or skipping. Afternoon/Training Time: Focus on key skills like diving, positioning, or distribution if you’re training solo. Evening: Think about what went well and what could improve. Nutrition & Rest: Eat balanced meals throughout the day and get at least 8 hours of sleep for recovery! Stick with this, and I’m sure you’ll see great progress! Keep pushing yourself, and I’ll try to create more content to support your journey! 😊
hey, unrelated to the video, but I've been watching some videos of shotstopping and I notice that a lot of goalkeepers almost bend their head or neck so that it goes into the ground or near into the ground. Is this jus a habit or is it beneficial?
Hey buddy, do you mean when they're standing in their set position? You always want to lean slightly forward with your upper body. This helps you attack the ball instead of shying away from it. I don't know if that's what you mean, or? If not, please try to explain it in a different way ☺️
Hey. These are ONLY solo drills. The program is meant for goalkeeper who don't have a partner, coach, or maybe not even a team, or goalkeeper who just want to train more and train better ☺️
Hey Toby. I most certainly can. Thank you for your suggestion. I don't know if you've seen this video of mine, maybe it can help you: ruclips.net/video/Lch3un35Xw0/видео.html Also, I have an older video specifically about being afraid of the ball, you can watch it here: ruclips.net/video/zF9aAg7NiDs/видео.html Ps. This is one of my first videos and I will update it soon but there are some great tips there :) Let me know if this is what you were looking for :)
Great question, and first off, it’s normal to feel that way - I've done it my entire career! And it shows you care about your performance. The key is to shift your focus from comparing yourself to others to improving your own game. Here are some tips to help: 1️⃣ Focus on Your Strengths: Remember what you bring to the team and the things you’re great at. Everyone has their own style, so focus on what makes you unique. 2️⃣ Control What You Can: You can’t control how the other goalkeeper performs, but you can control your mindset, positioning, and effort during the match. 3️⃣ Stay in the Moment: Don’t let their performance distract you. Focus on making the next save, the next play, and supporting your team. 4️⃣ Use It as Motivation: Instead of feeling intimidated, use their performance as inspiration to push yourself harder. Competing with a strong opponent can make you better. 5️⃣ Trust Your Training: You’ve put in the work, so trust your abilities. Confidence comes from knowing you’ve prepared for these moments. At the end of the day, it’s not about who’s better - it’s about doing your best and growing with every game. Keep pushing, and you’ll overcome this fear! 💪🧤⚽
haha... I wish I could man. I don't send gloves from my places to other places. But there will be a competition in my next video. Hopefully, you'll win it then! ... Thanks for watching my vids tho

Absolutely. What do you mean by getting active?
I have the fear of when the opposite goalkeeper is performing better than me so how to I get over it ?
