5th Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2013

The annual Putrajaya Hot Air Balloon Fiesta is back and I was there pretty early to get tethered hot air balloon rides ticket and to witness the colorful balloons take off one by one. TianChad I was on a Balloon chase team for years had lots of fun I held a Sport aircraft license for flying ultralight aircraft and also held a Jump license for I am also a former skydiver I was thinking of going into para-gliding like some of my friends are doing but lately I have been looking at buying me a Hot air Balloon see I shoot archery but this I go to competitions alone in 2005 I suffered a great illness and had 3 small kids I recovered but missed them growing up they are all young teens now and the wife and I think this would be a great thing ballooning so we are looking at getting me one and as my kids get older in the next few years we will get them licensed to fly it also but I will admit it is a great family sport hot air ballooning.

Where is Putrajaya? Looks like a great event! Ballooning is such an amazing sport. We are lucky to live in Albuquerque- we have year round ballooning community and the largest balloon fiesta. Maybe you can visit sometime! 😜

Malaysia! I have never been - but it looks like a cool place. Well - keep Abq in mind if you want to see another amazing balloon event. We will be there (in about a month ) as media for this year's annual event. We have a ballooning playlist from last years event if you are interested to see a little of what this one is like.
