    煎好鱼后把鱼肉取出留頭和骨煮湯,鱼湯好后格去骨用湯煲番茄和南瓜,一阵后再放埋鱼肉才是有鱼肉的真好鱼湯。

      把魚肉起了再放㷛內煲湯,這樣可食回魚肉。把魚頭和骨科進煲湯袋裏㷛就不用隔濾得那麼辛苦。

    但看靚媽煲又好像很簡單...👍🏻

    做爸爸的我,之前都煲過一次,一直有個觀念係啲紅衫魚煎好,直到湯完成後啲魚仍是完整的才算成功,今日Linda您教曉我反而整爛啲魚,取其鮮味,我學到嘢,多謝您。另外請教下,個湯如果加入洋蔥會唔會香啲?

    靚人煲靚湯,其實再加水時可加入魚肉渣道滾番先再倒落個湯煲度煲,因為d魚肉仲會出味唔好西左佢

    番茄最好,係祛皮祛核尤其是,番茄煲薯仔湯最毒,解釋是:第一现在的蕃茄大部分都已經𨍭基因,而薯仔重金屬超標,如果再加上蕃茄就毒上加毒,因為現時的種植都是用亞硝酸鹽來種植,不像以前古時候的土地濃郁所種的蔬果營養豐富,蕃茄核和皮容易引起身體發炎,腸胃脹氣,有些人還會過敏,來歷不明的番茄🍅我是不會吃,如果想吃番茄一定要祛皮祛核或者自己種植

    Why not put the fishes in a food processor and blend it. This be a more consistent texture and then fry it? Also can filter the large bones out too.

    Great way of getting the fish into the soup without being in there. But when you strain it, are there no little bones we should watch out for? I'm just curious because I'm worry about the bones. Thanks for sharing
