  • Finally! I put my time into doing my Green Juice Video. I have received so many benefits from drinking home-made nutrient packed juices as my habit. I try to drink at least 3 juices a week. When I'm good, I do 7 days a week. It is really healthy and it's been amazing for my body, mind, and soul. I hope you enjoy it and don't find my video too long. I had a small window of time before picking up my kids to do this. I do hope you find this useful. Wishing every one a lovely, joyful, healthy day!

    ✚ Green Juice Ingredient and Juicing Order:
    Red Apple 🍎: lower high cholesterol and blood pressure, support a healthy immune system
    Green Apple 🍏: high in fibre, low in sugar
    Carrots 🥕: vitamin K1, potassium, antioxidants, beta carotene
    Lemon 🍋: high in calcium, lots of vitamin C, immunity booster

    Wow! I see a lot of you really enjoying my juicing video. I love making juices. For the pulp, I can put it in my garden as fertilizer. Also, it is best to always drink the juice right away or finish it up as fast as you can. Day by day, the nutrients will get lost little by little but still better than nothing. Also, I love making smoothies as well. I'll show you my smoothie go-to next time. I just wish everyone can pick up this habit and wish everyone healthy, happy, and beautiful.

    果汁不能一次做咁多 ,每次飲幾多做幾多,因為果汁半個鐘之後營養會流失,窄後最好盡快飲完。

      You are right, it is always best to consume the juice within 20 minutes after juicing. However it is also good enough to have fresh made juice, it still has quite a lot of nutrients. better than nothing:)

      Juice and Compressed Juice are different.
      Juice is the natural liquid extracted from fruits or vegetables. Compressed juice undergoes high-pressure processing (HPP) to extend shelf life while retaining nutrients and flavors.
      In this video , she is making compressed juice.

    好似好好, 但疏果不能放長時間超過24 小時, 維他命其他 營養係會流失由你切開 計時, 又長氣, 不實際, 好多慢煮機都可以即榨即飲。

      Yes, totally agree. Fiber is very important. Should use Vitamix instead of juicer.

      I have a vitamix for smoothies as well. I drink smoothies in the morning. However, juicing allows faster and more direct absorption.

    The pulp could be used as fertilizer in your garden if you grow your own crop. Just bury it under your soil

    其实果汁里面的果糖,反而容易转脂肪,而整个水果里有纤维,纤维反而会稍稍减轻肝的负担,所以直接吃水果比榨汁会更健康

    I think fresh juice should be made with small quantity each time..better to finish it within a day or two to keep it fresh and keep all the nutrients. The other thing is the core or seed from apple, pear are actually mild toxic, so it is not a good idea to blend them in the juice as well.

    I thought apple seeds (contain amygdalin) are toxic especially when they are crushed. Although it does not harm the health of a person with one or two intakes but is still not advisable to consume.

      I do recall the news saying that. I think that's for large doses that can cause a toxic reaction. The amount I use is not enough to harm your body. The nutrients in there are quite beneficial I believe.

    嘉欣,建議你唔好再鮮榨芹菜、菠菜等高草酸的蔬果來喝~ 草酸很容易形成腎結石,很多女性下體疼痛也和草酸有關,影響礦物質吸收等等很多問題,它們需要經過高溫才能去除大部分草酸,

    很多健康飲食營養專家: 还是建议最好是吃新鲜水果/蔬菜🍉🥬,而不是只喝果汁而不吃菓肉。水果里的主要健康成分包括果胶、纤维素、抗氧化的多酚类物质、钾元素、维生素C、胡萝卜素、花青素、有机酸等。而果汁会将水果的纤维、钙和铁等不溶性元素都留在渣子里,那些抗氧化剂维生素C、胡萝卜素等在榨成汁后会迅速被氧化,营养结构会被破坏,营养成分也就所剩无几。

    My goodness, this kind of fresh juice need to drink within 20 minutes after blended. Btw, should boil the vege if drink by kids and better take whole food instead of juice only. Pls refer to 陳月卿老师 talk.

    Juice should be taken immediately after done.. Not advisable to keep for long as it can be oxidized and nutrient be loss...
    Why now press the juice as and when you want to take??

    Thanks for sharing! I love your slow-pressed juicer! When i was in Canada I used to have green smoothie using Blendtec blender. I find smoothie more beneficial than juicing because it’s much higher in fiber. The whole veggie goes into the body and cleanse the digestive system. But i guess both juicing and smoothies are superfoods!!!

      I think you re right about the fiber. Most fruits have too much fructose that is as bad as sugar if not worse.

    Normally freshly squeezed juice should not be kept for more than 24 hours. Mason jar is a better container choice and you should not leave air in the bottle. Pour the juice to the very top and tightly seal the jar.

    Fresh juice will last between 24 hours and 72 hours depending on the juicer used. Always remember to taste your stored juice before consuming the whole glass to determine if it's still good. Storage of juice for long periods results in loss of the beneficial nutrients which are the reason for juicing.
    Also too much alkaline vegetables like kale and celery may not be good for people with digestive problems as it may cause more bloating and gas.

    Hello, thank you for sharing! What extractor juicer machine would you recommend for someone who is a beginner? I would love to do my own juice too.

      I think in Vancouver, Breville would be a good start or the Omega slow masticating juicer. My juicer is super expensive. Unless you are super serious about it, I don't think you need that high tech of a brand. There are so many juicers out there, please research on them and see which one you like.

Keep up those great videos that you are making. Since I’m a mom of small kids, I find your videos are a great help to learn to take care of myself. Being a mom is the most challenging job I have.

    Hey Linda, I thought juice got to drink in fresh ? As you juice so much at one time and keep for the whole week, wouldn’t it will lost the enzyme and freshness and it won’t bring any benefit to body … :)

    Amazing veggie juicing…. I have been using the angel juicer for over 6 years…. Indeed I have got all parts for different type of texture
    And I have try to put less than twenty % in low GI fruit juice with other veggie juice….
    Great result with kids meal🥰🥰🥰. Also recommending work on all pesticides and herbicides rinse before juicing 🤩🤩🤩
    And I will save up all pulp for my cleansing enzymes culturing for another 100 days

    Love your version of green juice. My son doesn’t eat veggie or meat, but he is willing to drink juice. I compost the pulp, they are so good for my garden.
