My boss and his wife were the ones to pull her and one other person out of the water. All of the life jackets you see at the 3 min mark are his, they're in the dinghy on the left.

you dont wear those just randomly when you are on the boat. its not a boat that should leave you under water like a kayak or something. you always wear s life jacket just randomly chilling on a boat?

As a yacht owner and first mate. My husband and I would never disregard someone telling us the boat “Feels like it’s” anything and as a captain there is no way he couldn’t feel that water weight. However, that is why it is so important to “watch” these so called “Charters” people really are not that experienced. Especially having a bunch of ppl on your yacht . Very sad situation.

They were on the open deck, or on the inner deck, avoiding being on the open deck.
And as you could easily see, it was on it's side, which it would be for quite a while.
None of them knew how to swim.
None of them knew how to do any first aid, either.
Nor how to stay calm (because they didn't know how to swim, or get a floatation device)
None of them paid attention to the safety briefings prior to getting underway.
None of them knew where the floatation and safety devices were.
@@thefucrew9865 clearly they knew how to swim or knew how to tread water if they all survived. The only one missing was the boats assistant. Stop being “that guy”. Why weren’t life vest required to be worn on the charter by the captain?? She specifically said she warned the captain of the boat feeling heavy on one side but he dismissed her
