I've read really bad reviews on MSC and just wonder why? Because the ship looks beautiful and everybody always looks like they're having fun... The kids play area looks amazing as well. I'm very confused about the reviews if somebody can clear it up for me...

The ship itself gets very good reviews it's the service that gets bad reviews. Mostly from Americans are used to American style service.
