I do have some whizzy new wireless interview microphones now but this was last year when using a very temperamental mic, so there is some very frustratingly un-dimmable background noise in some, but the tips from the interviewees are worth persevering!

    After doing the UTS 50 on the weekend, I’m straight here for recovery advice 👍 keep moving works for me plus biscuits lots of biscuits 🍪

    Just ran my first marathon. Didn’t think to bring food, liquids, or recovery shoes for after my race. Luckily, the event had everything available for us

    Well, I've got the resting after part down! I'm relieved to hear so many pros say they take time off until they WANT to run again. The nutrition part...I go with Anna on that one! 😆
