I played all patapons in the psp, and followed the patafour and you. And i was waiting so bad to see who will finish it first or will be more intresting and im glad you collabed with patafour. Im very exited for it and thanks for your effort!
I never knew something like this existed; I’m blown away and immeasurably happy to see it! Patapon 1 and 2 were my favourites so I’m glad the team have stepped away from Patapon 3 that I thought wasn’t in line with the Patapon world
Patapon 3 imo was the best game but I can see why you would say that, 1 and 2 were pretty similar to each other and many ppl fell in love with them, and moving to Patapon 3 to many people feels like starting to blast electric guitar during an opera. Some people like 3, some prefer 1-2, and that's okay.
@@alexmcfly31415 Yeah I completely agree that people can prefer different things personally, however I think objectively the craftsmanship of the second and first games was genius and the third was a step in the wrong direction; the weird sexual elements and strange character developments felt out of place and the world wasn't the same.
Just finish the demo, a lot of progress have been made in 8 month What i am waiting for the next demos : - Xp / Level Up system - More Classes - More Levels / Zones - Blacksmith Keep the good work
@@Kerubii22 I have to agree with Kerubi on this one, leveling really would only work in Patapon 3, as it was a multi-player based game where your encouraged to replay missions more. There are signs of a Multi-player mode in the future based on the demos iv seen, Id prefer any leveling up and exp be contained there frankly. Same with the Blacksmith frankly, any upgrading weapons should be contained in multiplayer, unless you mean the old blacksmith, I could work with that frankly.
Most under rated game. Still playing patapon 3 now but on PPSSPP. Just some observations for the devs for improvements because i understand this is still under development. 1. Kind of hard to enter on perfect beat of drum. 2. Once on fever and you fail to hit perfect beat, there are instance that the patapons stop. Then you will need to hit a perfect beat to resume with the march/attack or else, they will just stand there. 3. Theres a slight pause in between transition after hitting the drum and patapons marching/ attacking. More power to the devs. Looking forward when this games gets more smoother

i just back from the demo and here are my thoughts, the game is looking so well, the animation, the art, the music you and your team did their best to preserve the original feeling patapon game has, and it is remarkable, at first when i see the game setting my thoughts were "really? this goes up to 240 fps? i was having a hard time playing this game on emulator with 60 fps" and ooh boy you done it so well, the game looking so smooth and it didn't break my rhythm, i'd say for a demo you guys outdone yourself, please keep going until full release
For what i saw in the gameplays, is like a combination of all of the good things of Patapon 2 and 3. I didnt like it too much Patapon 3, except few aspects, so if its combined with the core gameplay of Patapon 2, then they would probably make an amazing game.
As a huge fan since a child, I am thrilled to see a fanmade game that looks really well done. I wish all involved in this development luck and I hope you have a blast making this fanmade fourth installment.

I'm so proud of the fact, that both ppsspp and this, patafour, is made by a polish person. It's like with gothic, that had been created in germany but became polish in our hearts

Problem with the launcher is I was fiddling with the input settings for keyboard and unbinded my key to bind keys without realising, so I have no way of rebinding any keys. We need a reset to defult button or the ability to click bind. this small addition would be great.

The kirajins design & main colours made me think that they are somehow a zigoton ancestor who survives from the war and out of spite made a false prophecy about disaster when patapon reach earthend to their descendants lol
It's nice to see Patapon will living! The movements look slightly off to me but that is to be expected. I'll be sure to try this out! It looks awesome so far. Keep it up.
Gonna say something about the movement of patapons. The feel a bit too... Fast. Like, in the og patapons, you could feel them accelerating and coming to a stop, but here they do that almost instantly.

Great to see an awesome working demo, farming equipment in this version is very satisfying and gameplay is very challenging (: P.S You forgot to mention this demo includes mysterious Iron helmets - the most worthy farming item in the game

Wow it's a really nice job I always wanted patapon 3 let you have an army of 18 patapons like in patapon 2 and would be awesome if you consider to put an option where you can decide how many patapons would you like to take on a mission. But it's great as it is
Thank you very much for this fan game! I tested it on Linux via Proton 6.3, and it is working perfectly! And it seems you can modify the missions/music/graphics and make mods for this game. Great!
thanks for the feedback! we aim for a native port in future versions so Proton won't be necessary, but im glad to hear it working great! and indeed, we aim for the game to be moddable and very extensible. there may not be perfect mod support yet, but we're bringing huge changes to make things even easier to modify and add custom content :)

Actually there will be a leveling system it's shown when he changed the weapons for yaripons. Left side Level 1 Xp 0/1200
