Miss, I cordially greet you from the Loreto region, jungle of Peru, it is to give you infinite thanks for this Coated Penaut recipe, I have already made it twice, today and last week, it is delicious especially when it has nutmeg; I tell you that I sell on an outpatient basis through the streets of the city candied peanuts, salty roasted peanuts, sometimes banana chips, peanut nougat that I prepare myself and starting next week I will add the coated penaut, I am sure it will be accepted for being a delight; all this thanks to you and another lady who uploaded this theme on this channel; May God bless you immensely, your family and all who see your theme.

Please ma I have questions to ask
    1. What are the challenges you faced while doing this peanut
    2. Why do I have white patches on the peanut after making them
    3. When i did the coating and fried the peanut increased in size and they were to big, please how do I do the coating so that it would be sizeable.
    4. Also during the coating some coat faster than the other and this would make them to be over various sizes, is there a way I can make them be of the same size.
    5. What do I do to avoid them getting too sticky
    5. When I did mine the surface of the peanut were rough. How do I make them to be smooth
