Interesting situation, need to find more reliable contactors, spend a little more for a better relay or contactors. I don't know how many amps those chillers pull but it must be a lot to keep tripping out the relays.
The relays getting replaced are probably 10 years old.

I have this chiller, I am having problem of low suction superheat, tell me what is the reason
Don’t you hate when your override goes away. I haven’t seen an old chiller like that in 15 years. Most people have already replaced them
Recip compressers - In the UK, never seen one since 2005... Customer to Tech - What do you recommend? Tech... Call a scrap man?

It should be replace the Automation system to Johnson Controls Metasys and reprogram the sequence for chiller control
