Also, in original dusttale, dust would never attack someone who doesn't belong to his timeline, if he somehow appears in another AU or AT, he would just stay in the background and try to find a solution to get to his timeline. Other aus, as stated by "ask-dusttale" is not Dust/Murders jurisdiction.

I have been lurking. But I finally return to commenting to say 2 things. 1. Still excited for Frisk AU's react 2. I still absolutely ADORE how you treat the different AUs. Swap isn't some adorable "UwU" boi, Fell is just the right amount of comical edgy, Murder only holds pure hatred for his human and nobody else, Killer is only still Killer because of Nightmare, Ink and Error both just do their jobs, feelings be damned, it's all just so greatly made and respectful to the original AUs!

If Nightmare try to take him as a puppet, Murder would fight to death with him, even know he prob would lose, he don't want help from other sansws to kill his human, the reason is because he think DustTale human is his enemy, and not from the others. He is such "friendly" with Core!Frisk and OverTale Sans, not really friendly, but it's more like that. Also, he would talk normally with Horror... they are similar btw, in both universes, the fault of everything bad happen will go for the human. His paps blames him so hard, but make him kerp moving and it's just a hallucination, unlike the Fanon one who can come with some Determination, he can't copy attacks and can be a really cold skeleton sometimes, he don't really care about killing anymore, in his mind it's the only way, also he is a fucking masterpiece bro, this Sans IQ is just high, so fucking high, he is smarter than the fanon self, but weaker. I guess this is all what i can say for now, i need to keep reading the Ask DustTale.
Yeah man, honestly, it is kinda offputting to do canon content when the gacha community thinks fanon is the correct way. I've made Canonswap before and gave up actually keeping up the series, because people were trying to tell me I'm wrong for using the canon, and making papyrus hate the bad puns sans makes, while sans still likes them. Murder in this scenario isn't supposed to be exactly... friendly. he's just more aware of the universes, and he knows exactly which Frisk this is, being classic's. He just wants to get them out as soon as possible so they don't get in the way of the fight that will eventually happen when the human arrives. Killer is another interesting case, since people only make him in his "aggressive" state. If this was the case, he would always be a killing machine. He also has a passive state, which is when the "sans" inside of killer is more active, actively trying to fight the determination (nowadays, everyone calls it hate though). Nobody does this other side of him, which i think is super sad. Murder and killer's interactions are interesting, because if murder were to actually know about the sans itself inside of killer, he'd at least feel a bit towards him, but as you said, the "chara" in him will still make murder dislike him a lot. probably not attack killer unless absolutely necessary, but yeah.
So, is it possible Murder can tell whether there is a murderous player taking control of a human? Or Murder simply checks human's LV and judge them for it?
Actually, the point there is that he won't murder frisk or Chara on the spot if they aren't from their universe. If it's not from their timeline, he won't attack anyone

It's his principles. He will kill everyone in his timeline to free them. But anyone who isn't from their timeline isn't their concern, even if it'll help him get stronger
Remember, anyone from his au/timeline comes back when he resets. People outside of that don't. If his friends are gonna die anyway, why not use that death against the human? But if someone from another au came in, they have no stake in this world, why would he bother?
