original resolution - 42x42
framerate - 25
sample rate - 44100
channel - dual (stereo)
pixel format - rgb555 (rgb666 when)
the ffmpeg command used in this video is

unfortunately, this video is compressed and loses quite a bit of detail (the deltarune one is way clearer)

The static doesn't appear to only be random visual soup. It actually has some sort of magic eye type images moving around, but I can't fully make out what they are besides one that vaguely looked like a flower, one looked like a spinning object, and one looked like someone falling.

It feels like you're not in the game, and you're not in the real world, either- You're within the fabric of the game's reality, and you're staring beyond this fuzz into the underground. This is some of the best undertale gameplay I've ever seen
I like how you can clearly see (and hear) many of the distinct datatypes you find in a .win. There's the header data (0:00), then all the sprites/graphics(0:01-2:05), room data? (2:07-2:20, not actually entirely sure if this is correct, but it's clearly distinct from the sprites/code next to it!), game code (2:21-4:29), and then sounds(4:30-end of video), all in that order.

These are all the sounds I recognized or thought were interesting. Sound effects start at 4:31. Heart breaking sound effect is at 5:22. Flowey surprise and spare sound at 5:36. Level up is at 5:43. 5:55 is Mettaton talking and I think a little bit of Gaster. 6:27 is mostly menu sounds. 6:59 is just the start of of Metal Crusher. 8:00 is a bunch of ascending notes separated by static for some reason. I think 9:29 might be the soul turning yellow. 10:24 is some weird dialup like noise that I swear I’ve heard before but don’t know where. Anything I missed or got wrong?
