- This is the 9th Episode of my new series named: "Training Day"! For this training I was focusing on trying to improve my fitness and get some touches in. I had a game yesterday that I played 45' in but still wanted to get some work in. I hope you guys enjoy this one!

I love it Jedidiah, but I was just wondering why you only like activitie your muscles with the band instead of like doing stretches?
when i’m at home i roll out and stretch my full body before getting to training, also i do a dynamic warm up before i start i just haven’t videoed because i think you guys would find it boring tbh

i fw the content but the intensity looked dreadful in this. i think that is the biggest factor in solo training have to practice with the same intensity as team practices
I had a game that I played the night before in and was trying to get the blood flowing in my legs again but i did agree i can have the intensity higher

I'm leaving them unlaces in this video because these are new cleats and having them unlaced helps me break them in faster.

I do sometimes but I just feel like my imagination can be limited at times with cones
