For me, Allulose is exactly like erythritol. My pancreas and liver both feel swollen and sore when I use it. It does not give me diarrhea or a stomach ache so it took me weeks to figure out that’s what was causing the soreness under my ribs. Pain went down my left leg into my hip and knee. No sweeteners for me except for a little honey.

Tracking is important! Initially... you should absolutely monitor.. your food intake and exercise. Do you have to track it forever? No.. but you absolutely should intitially probably for at least the first 90 to 120 days. What happens is your eating habits become intutitive! Then you only need to track maybe every 3 to 4 days.. just as a check in.

For what it's worth, this interview is less about candy, than it is on ingredients and the impact they have on blood sugar and ketones. The interview was sparked because of hidden ingredients in foods and the journey to create something that anyone can eat. Buuut, definitely conversation about the biological impact of ingredients and what's going on under the surface with keto and blood sugar. 🙃

People like you are why we can’t have nice things. So you want to get *free* information without listening to the video? Tough to be you. If you aren’t interested - do something else without leaving rude comments, and let the rest of us enjoy.
Have a wonderful day and Merry Christmas!

      @@lapis.exilis me leaving that comment:
      1) **in no way whatsoever** deprived you or anyone else from the opportunity to watch the video
      2) triggered the prior commenter to inform potential viewers about the actual content in the video. (which I appreciate)
This is in contrast to the click-bait style of thumbnail, and the M5M style overdramatic "tease" segment at the beginning.
I'm sure Dr. Boz has someone else doing the edits on the video. It seems like someone who is very "good" at RUclips and the algorithm. I don't think it would be like that if she was doing it herself.

@ There are plenty of people like me who appreciate the content as is. Also, there ARE ways to ask for a summary without being rude. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@@lapis.exilis In no way was I rude. I was being frank and straightforward. I did not refer to Dr. Boz in a disparaging manner; in fact, I didn't mention her at all.
      Here is what I said:
      1) I requested a summary.
      2) I made a statement that I had zero interest in sweets or candy
      3) I acknowledged that there might be some interesting material regarding biochemistry in the video
      4) I stated my unwillingness to watch for an entire hour to find out if I wanted to watch the video. (at which point it would be too late to **not** watch the video, in the case that it turned out that there wasn't anything of interest to me personally.)
Exactly zero items in that list can be considered "rude".

I am a type 2 diabetic that has struggled to get normal blood sugars. I have to be perfect eating, stress free, sleep well, walk after meals, occasionally take meds -all to get into ketosis and have normal sugar. It would be nice to have something every now and again.
I applaud her continual emphasis on quality and contents. Now we don’t have to compromise!!
