Hi kuba- can I ask why you use a foam roller on a hack squat. It doesn’t shift the hips forwards or back as it’s pressed up against the pad so knee positioning doesn’t change either- what’s your reason behind it?
It acrually shifts your torso forward changing the position, for me on certain pieces it just feels better. Not so much about hips moving forward or bacm it’s more about the whole position
Aj's form on the lateral raise is shocking. He would he better grabbing the handles if he's going to tilt his forearm up that much. Honestly missing so much activation by not keeping the hands low
