The main differences between the J1b, J1e and the J3a is that the J1b's had both air reservoirs on the left side, the J1e had them on both sides but they were above the footboard, and the J3 is obvious. The J1's whistle were placed ahead of the safety valves. Some batch of J1s didn't have the elesco feed water heater, and the early J1's had different valve gear frame (they had a valve gear frame similar to what CP 2816 has)
Well I don’t really make routes, I mostly just use what I have available. I do have plans to make the Hudson River with both the CSX River line and Metro North Hudson Line, but that’s a long term project. So don’t expect fictional railroad routes from me.

@@danikoo582 I am aware of the differences but you can only do so much with a K&L model.

Yeah I tried messing around with it but it didn’t really work out that well, decided to leave it as it still gets the point across imo.
These are great, nice work.
Thank You!
@@GMan9029 No problem
Ok nice@GMan9029
Good work! Although I want to know, where did you get the shield for the NKP 170?
G-Man, when are you going to create routes for the railroads you’ve created?

@@GMan9029 I understand, but it would be awesome to have a fictional route (not saying you should make one)
Nice
new sub!
good stuff! I hope you don't mind me asking, but where'd you get the markers used on the J-1s?
They’re parts from MSTS, private sadly
@@GMan9029 damn, aight thanks!
what were the drivers you used on the NKP l-1?
I used the drivers from S&A 750, although I'm looking for a replacement.
@@GMan9029my recommendation is the Ps-4 Walschaerts drivers
