通常肉如果有摻玉米粉的話下鍋會比較容易粘鍋,建議下次鍋要燒熱才下肉塊,撥散它后就不要動它讓它煎一煎香產生納梅反應,一分鐘后才開始剷它這樣才比較好,個人經驗分享

蒜呢,建议一半渣至金黄色,另一半生的等最后才放进去炒,这样蒜香味和酸的辣味十足。。

要蒜好吃,不要切碎,整粒下去炒,加水焖10分钟,蒜煮软了,肉里的油也逼出来了,就很下饭了
热锅冷油就不会粘锅了,放油在肉里是不要让肉炒的时候粘在一起
