I like all their renditions I feel as if I reach Heavens the song his yoke is easy makes me cry with happiness God bless your parents who gave you to sing and bless us I don't even think of the distance from my country I feel I am with you I love you guys with God's love🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
One of the more "catchy" parts of Messiah, beautiful bounce and lightness. This amazing account is one of the best I have heard. It must help with a performance when, as here, you have people who believe the words they are singing.
It does honor the beat it was originally written to, but it becomes annoying at times. The extra h' added to every syllable has the effect of making the phrasing more accurate but musically speaking, it's hard to appreciate.
As l get older many things become boring. But this Handel oratorio experience never does. For me it does not seem to be connected to my religion as much as it upstages it. I am very intested in my Christian religion but never experienced it like this music.
The last chord changed the i vowel for me forever.
I love the end when the lady had a big smile on her face it really did bring joy.

Magnificent! Have been listening to this Choir since the late 1950's! Would love to be there on a Thursday to hear them in practice, Live!
The sopranos always do a good job hitting the high b-flat. No other choir can do better.
James 3:17 - "Every good and perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father of lig ht."
Their style of singing and tone is of a very high standard
Alexander ieky it honestly is.
Not a weak link in the chain. Crisp and clear
His yoke fits perfectly.
Well said! And his yoke allows us to grow further into it as well, as we let God grow us.
Fantastic! one of the best renditions I have ever heard.
You ought try Christopher Hogwood's rendition.

They need to correct the title in order to spell burden properly.
As much as I would like to agree with you, the word is burthen instead of burden. There is a distinction.
But originally,, that word is Burthen.. for burden,,I see no problem my dear
Is this the Mormon tabernacle?
Yep!
