@@ml老猫a the blood lust perk activates when you hit an enemy with blood effect and the perk go ramping on, just equip a sharp ring(works with m2) or kill a enemy and the perk will activate. the max you cna have with handle its only 2.5 of blood lust perk which is 45% attack speed increase i think
