Ferdinand and Dorothea screaming at each other was the most adorable thing I saw today, I'm glad they got along at Three Hopes and also to see Dorothea apologizing for the way she treated Ferdie. I love their support on 3H but honestly I expected an A+ dialogue. Also: Thanks for everything Billy Kametz, I miss you greatly.
44:51 Ferdinand’s A-Support with Lysithea has this genuinely uncomfortable feeling now that we know that this was likely one of the last things Billy Kametz worked on before his death.
Unless there are other projects Billy recorded for but aren't released yet... Three Hopes could very well be his final acting credit. So sad. He's just a year younger than me and it's so sad that cancer took him away so soon - he had a whole life and career ahead of him. RIP Billy.
@@Cure_Hana Haven't looked at the cast list but I'm 99% sure I heard him as Jerrom and Erica Mendez as Hughette. Recently bought the game and it's much different - bit of a learning curve but I'm getting the hang of it. Based on his low amount of credits in the past 6 months, FEW3H just might be his final credit. It's so sad seeing "posthumous release" in his wiki article :(

i havent been active in the fire emblem community in a while, but it feels so surreal to me that billy kametz passed in the time i was inactive. ferdinand was my favorite role of his, and he was such a nice guy. gonna miss him :(

I appreciate the fact Three Hopes has people who had paralogues together but had no supports in Three Houses, such as Ferdinand x Lysithea, Caspar x Mercedes, and Leonie x Linhardt And RIP Billy
I really jumped from my seat when I recruited Lysithea and saw that she and Ferdinand could support each other. I really enjoyed their interactions in their paralogue, so I was really happy knowing they could support.
i always thought of lysithea as someone with a mystical curse, but hearing ferdinand - or hearing billy give that talk makes her situation so much more relatable

She must be tired of people saying that she has to look on the bright side to her situation. it's like saying "oh but your life isn't that bad" to a cancer patient. as far as she knows, no one but her understands what really happened and if she doesn't have evidence of what happened in the experiments, what hope could she possibly have, realistically. of course, knowing that there are records of the experiment and that the crest specialists of the empire are working on a solution gives her hope and she immediately changes how she talks to Ferdinand. so yeah, I think she acts pretty realistically here, which is why this support hits so hard
@@drunknbard2807 again but it also highlights how people tend to cuddle and baby her despite being the most talented mage in the game as well as a genius. All she really wants is for somebody to treat her with respect and not like a burden and/or child.
The relationship of Hubert and Ferdinand is not as great as three house’s one if you only read the support chain of them, as their support chain is related to the main storyline. Actually I did see Hubert is giving more patients and trying to protect Ferdie in his own way. It is sad that the crash between them is not as significant as the old version, but at least Hubert helped Ferdie go though the most difficult period in his life. Their interaction in the main story, side story and ride chat is pretty good though.

And the fact they have a lot of main plot stuff together warms my heart, especially that one cutscene in black eagles route.

The only other recent role I’ve heard him in this year was as a minor character in Triangle Strategy (another tactical RPG).
