Staystitching: how to prevent stretching in crochet

Projects stretching out has always been a HUGE pet peeve of mine, but there was nothing I could do about it, UNTIL NOW! 😜
I’m pretty sure this would work for knit too, I just can’t say for certain because I haven’t tried it yet.
