- Today i'm modifying and reinforcing my new ebike. This is a 2022 Surron light bee LBX and besides popping a wheelie and riding it on my own backyard track i will be tuning it. MX offroad tires , footpegs , bigger fenders and so on.
I thought i would hate ebikes but these things are very light and very fun to ride.

I also swapped the front light and blinkers, made a 3D printed adapter for the blinkers and lamp if you need it!

Thanks for heads up literally no youtuber with these tittles gives us simple and easy upgrades for our surrons they just yap about them selves and try to get us to know about them just give us the details damit
Looks good, now for some Shimano H03C brake pads at least, a Chibattery 72V high Ah battery combined with a BAC 4000 controller, Fox 40's and a few other goodies and you will se that thing do what it should.

i use this bike for my daily commute 60 km in total with a 60v 53 ah battery

@@gvn2712 yeah just brake a couple short times when it's starting up and the limiter is off. Switch the ignition off and on and it's back to street limit

They came with the bike as this is the road legal version :-)

Yeah this bike is road legal in Europe so it was on from factory.
I think the mods you did weren't the right ones (apart from the pegs that's kind of a must). Pick a couple of theses: fronts forks, controller, battery, rear shock, riser bars. You'll have an entirely different opinion. At least start by cutting the governor used to limit the top speed.
In my country when the bike does over 45 it will get confiscated by the cops, that's why I keep using the secret brake code to unlock it. When cops pull me over I turn it off and on again and it does the speed limit 😁
I saw one of these at Calgary stampede. Must be made for really small people. Bike is tiny.

Dear Smokey, the Sur Ron looks a lot better after you modified it. The sound of the bike is annoying though. Maybe you wear earbuds playing music when you have to ride that electric bike?
No when you ride it you don't hear it as hard as you think. 😊 The belt is just a bit tight cause it's new. Will get a bit better i have been told.
@Life of Smokey belts are notoriously loud, just learned a new trick to put a Lil dry deodorant on the primary belt, works wonders

Hey , ik hou echt van uw video's . Maar ik heb een paar vraagjes over waar je die Surron wel en niet mag rijden(zonder nummerplaat) Mag het op een fietspad? Mag het in domeinen zoals Puyenbroeck? . Ik ben namelijk geintereseerd om zo een te kopen. Ik kijk alvast uit naar uw antwoord. MVG, Mathieu
Voor denk 300€ heb je eentje met nummerplaat en mag hij als brommer overal rijden dus ik zou die nemen 😉

Do a battery and controller you will be impressed. Mine does 70 mph. Will beat a 150cc two stroke dirt bike.
72v and bac8000 or something i have seen? I wonder if that doesn't smoke the motor 😅
@@LifeofSmokey Yep 72v bac8k. Motor was on stock power for 2000 miles and I've been riding it upgraded for about another 2000. Just keep an eye on the temps its no problem. If you smoke it go to the upgraded KO motor and you'll be on another level. Would probably be one of the best dirt bikes you can buy. Lots of other upgrades to consider too. Front forks and 16 inch rear rim is a must for off road.
@@01.k.p agree! 😂 Been flying and bouncing around single tracks at this point. Only doing max 50mph or something now and the stock suspension is so bouncy and scary it becomes hilariously funny 😅.

Stock Motor can do max 16KW with modified Controlller and 72V Battery, everything above will fry it.
Sur Rons don’t come with headlights like that 🤔

Surron is 47kg and 5000€ , Ktm freeride is 100kg and 11.000€ , this is a lightweight fast mountainbike 😁

not an ebike brother but better than burning gas. it's an electric motorcycle. ebikes tend to be 500W max and have pedals. you have 7000W so that's motorcycle territory.
Should have added mor3 riding content with it, thats what we came here for :(
