Howdyyawl from the land down under. Nice to see a machine of yesteryear in full operation. Nothing wrong with old time stuff, if it's not broke dont fix it My grandfather had one just like it. I would like to get one myself to do our 100 acres. Absolute treasure. Like it😊

Awesome combine, I wish there was video that had no music and just the sounds of the machine.

It's amazing how early the Australians figured out the "standard" layout for a combine. Centered operator station, rear wheel steering, and a side unloading grain tank. It took us a little longer to figure out that layout in North America.

Cool video. Amazing how they designed it to have the engine right next the operator! Loud ,hot ! Oh but you could easily check the rad for obstruction and check the oil !😅

For its age that old girl moves at a pretty impressive clip! I'll bet the first owner felt like he was the king of the world playing in the big leagues. I wonder how many 1 ton grain trucks that combine has filled over the years?

jeez, needs more auger flights, lol. If you were bringing that tank to shops, there is a good chance somebody walked off with the cap. I've learned the hard way to keep careful track of items that attract attention.

Sunshine Auto Header. One wheel drive. It's a HST header (Headley Taylor Smith the inventior of that style of front and combine as ya call e'm overseas) like the Sunshine no.6 PTO, engine function and ground drive models. They were exported. lt's good to see one working overseas.

I'm interested in the design of the cutter and the width and a lot of other stats, a voice over without music would have been good. The least interesting thing about the combine was the engine. I would have loved more info on the threshing mechanism.
What is it like harvesting wheat rather than oats which are easier to thresh?
