Good video. I think you explained very well the process. I have a 17 altima pretty much the same components. From everything I've seen , the way you ran the wire is the way to go. Appriciate it.
It has the push pull pins holding it up so you can use small pry bar to remove them just on 1 side and just pull it out it will move far enough space to work in since there you might as well run your ground for the big 3 depends on how much power you plan on using
(Pioneer DMH-160BT II Car Stereo Head Unit, Double Din, 6.8" Touchscreen, CarPlay/Android Auto) if you have a Waltmart near you, this radio is pretty good. I have it in one of my cars right now. That radio in the video I had it like 6 years ago
Hey so I have a powered sub with a little amp built in it and I'm wondering how that works compared to this? First time wiring anything in a vehicle so it isn't all too clear to me yet...
The loc should have 4 wires to tap to your rear speakers. 2 for each speaker your positive and ground. And might have some other wires also maybe some black ones you want to tap those to chassis ground. As for the remote id tap to accessory switch for power to your amp, just remove the radio and tap to your rear speakers for the loc and also tap to accessory switch for the remote. So at the beginning of the video you said that you didn’t know you already had a factory wire there. Are you saying you can use that factory wire to wire an amp
Never run a power wire throw a door because it can get pinched and it will spark a fire if you can't get it thru firewall then use use flex tape are a sleeve for protection and run it under the car and just run it to your trunk it will be by your spare time
True bro! But I think it’s much safer to run it inside the cab, but if you can’t take on this task better take it to a shop, I used to take my shit to shops back in the day it’s a waste of money these things are pretty basic to do. As for the power wire most of the time if you remove your driver side tire and look under the fender liner you will find a place to guide your power wire through.
You can you have to buy a line in line out inverter and it just got to be tied in a set of your factory speakers and grounded and for power just use accessories fuse in kick panel or your pink wire behind factory deck it's the plug with just 1 pink wire not with a couple of them
Daniel Hadley you will need a line out converter that's it and to run all of your wires should be the same process remove your tire and remove your fender splash guard and you should be able to get your power wire through there. Remove your radio to tap to the wires for line out converter go to modifiedlife.com and it should tell you the colors of the wires you will need to tap line out converter to rear speakers
bungee cord very unreliable tryout l bracket on unit and mark screw holes or position of bracket to speaker box and sub frame. pull out speaker drill and bolt good and solit remove speaker best with through bots to speaker and drill out holes on sub frame . if fit similar through bolts and lock tight or lock washes and washers on all bolts that will make it near impossible to steal it. if i ever get time and some $ have insane stereos in a 92BMW5325i all boston pro series and 3 8 in JL audio the w something insane $ and they are amp hungry it eats 2 a yr
I used brackets before bro, but when I had to take out my system it was a bitch to unscrew the bolts. So I found this way easier, plus my system it's nothing big bro don't have to worry about someone stealing this but never know! Good call tho thanks for the advise and watching man.
yungmexican32 yeah you're very right they are a bitch to get out it's probably easier to cut the bolts with a Sawzall if you can get one in there but I've been victimized and stolen from many time so that's why I had to do myself like that I actually had one time I both coming through with padlocks and I hooks they smashed the shit out of that and got the speaker anyway
Good video. I think you explained very well the process. I have a 17 altima pretty much the same components. From everything I've seen , the way you ran the wire is the way to go. Appriciate it.
For sure man glad it helped!
yungmexican32 any special tools to remove the wheel well splash guard?
No really just a flathead screw driver for a few clips, and I Believe there are a few philips screws also that's all you need bro.
It has the push pull pins holding it up so you can use small pry bar to remove them just on 1 side and just pull it out it will move far enough space to work in since there you might as well run your ground for the big 3 depends on how much power you plan on using
where did you plug the remote wire into?
remote ties into the pink wire in back or radio harness...pink wire is an accessory wire that turns on and off with ignition
Which fuse did you connect the remote wire to
Donde esta ubicado el amplificador bosee q trae original. Como hiciste para quitarlo y colocar el otro. Agradezco su respuesta. Gracias
Este no tenia amplificador yo le puse una
Where did you buy the pioneer stereo for this car
If possible can you provide me the link for it

You should of done a OEM radio removal video of the Nissan Altima….
Where did u get a dash kit man?? I can’t hardly find one anywhere for this car. Plz help
For the adio?
I have the same car. What fuse did you use to hook up your remote wire? Also, with a LOC do you have to splice it into both rear speakers or just one?
The loc should have 4 wires to tap to your rear speakers. 2 for each speaker your positive and ground. And might have some other wires also maybe some black ones you want to tap those to chassis ground. As for the remote id tap to accessory switch for power to your amp, just remove the radio and tap to your rear speakers for the loc and also tap to accessory switch for the remote.

And I didn't tap to any fuse I have an aftermarket radio, if you would like to add one I have a video, does get a little pricey but it's worth it.
I believe the rear speakers have blue and green wire. Do you know which one is + ? Ill be installing lci2 this Saturday and figured id ask..
matthew cunningham left speaker +green, - yellow. Right speaker +green, - blue
Rick Saldana thankyou
The remote wire should be run with the rca cables. Not with the power wire.
What size bolt for the ground
So at the beginning of the video you said that you didn’t know you already had a factory wire there. Are you saying you can use that factory wire to wire an amp
I don’t think I said that, you need to run all of your wires to install an amp. Power wire, remote wire, rca cables, and ground wire.
Where did you get the information to wire it into your factory wiring harness
I had an after market radio you can find a wiring diagram online and tap into rear speakers with a line output converter
Great video
that wire might actually be the problem
Never run a power wire throw a door because it can get pinched and it will spark a fire if you can't get it thru firewall then use use flex tape are a sleeve for protection and run it under the car and just run it to your trunk it will be by your spare time
Just saying do it right u will never a problem plus upgrade your amp kit wire and if you run wires under car be sure to have zip ties
True bro! But I think it’s much safer to run it inside the cab, but if you can’t take on this task better take it to a shop, I used to take my shit to shops back in the day it’s a waste of money these things are pretty basic to do. Ey bro... I got a "16 altima...
Wondering if you are connected to your stock stereo ??
Got som subs i would like to installd em on my altima
It's an aftermarket radio bro
You can you have to buy a line in line out inverter and it just got to be tied in a set of your factory speakers and grounded and for power just use accessories fuse in kick panel or your pink wire behind factory deck it's the plug with just 1 pink wire not with a couple of them
Thankss.... I did it already a while bk
Can you put a new amp in ur car without subwoofers????
jeffBillion yes for your door speakers you can do a 4 channel amp
yungmexican32 where is the factory amp located in my Nissan Altima 2015?
jeffBillion mine didn't come with an amp I wouldn't be sure
What do I need to hook the amp to the stock radio in a 2015 sentra
Daniel Hadley you will need a line out converter that's it and to run all of your wires should be the same process remove your tire and remove your fender splash guard and you should be able to get your power wire through there. Remove your radio to tap to the wires for line out converter go to modifiedlife.com and it should tell you the colors of the wires you will need to tap line out converter to rear speakers
yungmexican32 I did that and now my fuses in the amp keeping blowing when I turn the system on
Daniel Hadley make sure you have a solid ground for amp and also that your power and ground aren't touching that might blow up your fuses
yungmexican32 The crazy thing is. When I first hooked the system up it played great for the whole day. The next day it started blowing fuses
Make sure you have the correct fuses for the amp bro

How do I install the remote wire
LAM VOL stock radio or aftermarket?
@@yungmexican32 stock headunit bro, im stuck, i used the power outlet ( cigarette lighter ) for the remote wire
. What did u use?
Erik Alvarado I had an after market radio but I would use a fuse tap to tap into one of your fuses for power to the amp bro
Talk about hood. The way u made this video is hood. And u sound hood to.. Ha
armondo B lol!
