- In this episode, a dog friendly community is put in a constant sight of fright because of one of their pack members. One of the members of the community feels so frightened that she has threatened to call animal control. The dog in question, Lucky, has bitten dogs and people and needs to be controlled.

I bet Bettie called animal control anyway. She looks like the type lol. The editing team did a great job of capturing all the expressions on her face that say "I didn't want this to succeed."
Luckys owners arent the only ones needing lessons. Those people have no room to judge. Their dogs were acting out when Lucky just walked by. They all wanted to blame the issues on 1 dog when its most of the neighborhood too.

@@SubliminalJunky I completely agree. When I saw how THEY all were towards their own dogs, neurotically dressing them up. at first I wondered whether Lucky was reacting to THAT craziness and trying to protect his owners ?
It seriously did remind me of some cross between the "Stepford Wives" and "Pleasantville" films ? I felt SO sad for ALL those Dogs being PREVENTED from BEING Dogs

I love how he addressed EVerYBodY! When telling them not to give affection when not calm. I work in a animal hospital I tell them this and I get 15 people rolling their eyes...
Wow. It was blatantly obvious that a bunch of dogs in the neighborhood were totally out of control,, provoking chaos, fights, etc etc. people with little dogs can be beyond blind to how their own dogs horrific behavior creates issues and they were a perfect example of this. Lucky was just the dog that bit harder so he got all the blame. It's good Lucky's owners learned how to manage him though as that's needed in all situations and locations.

It seems like there was a problem with the people that lived in the complex, more than a problem with the dog. The other dogs were not perfect either.

There are definitely more underlying issues other than Lucky. I wanted to give Lucky’s owner a hug. It’s obvious that dark haired lady is a bully and I believe she is taking advantage of someone because they are of a different race and culture. What a nasty negative Nancy.

What kind of woman says in one breath she will have a dog put down and in the next say she will allow a dog to participate in a silly parade. I wouldn’t take part in that parade. Those dogs were badly behaved. Those neighbors should be ashamed.

I love how Caesar addressed everybody and had said if you want to get your dog attention you need to make sure that they're in a calm state.. that's when you give attention. Hopefully they were listening. They have super reactive dogs

Lucky was a good dog and felt like he had to protect his master against 10 other dogs, baby strollers, etc. He must feel great relief with Cesar.
Lot of other dogs/humans need some training as well. it wasn't just Lucky and her humans.
They all looked so cute in their little costumes. So glad Lucky got better and was able to participate in the parade too!
Caesar, I don't have a dog at this time. Busy with work, however my work is the the "soft" science of human relationships and health care. So when it gets a bit challenging, I enjoy finding one of your videos to help me refocus with a better attitude. Gosh, and you didn't even have to shush me. I have been able to shift from being anxious to being calm and assertive in a matter of a short video or even less. Just wanted to let you know a bit about your audience. May you be well.

God bless these neighbors for being the absolute perfect definition of neighborliness- although for many generations these Neighborly sorts of folks used to be dominant species yet unfortunately, folks like these just had to be added to the endangered species list.

I had5 dogs my life different breeds. I always show im alpha and need to summit to me and my other dogs are all a pack. They never bite any dog or human. All well behave thanks to this channel

It is wonder to see how much more relaxed the owners were. One thing I notice was when Cesar told everyone they were responsible to help Lucky but the lady who said she would call animal control was not happy about his statement. At the end she either came around or said something nice because there was a camera.

Voice coach is COMPLETELY INCORRECT! You don't have nerves to you diaphragm, therefore you can't separately engage it! It's a common misconception! She actually means engaging intercostal muscles! My daughter is a professional qualified voice/singing coach/teacher( Estill & 3 others)
