My family is ready to eat pasta every day for lunch and dinner 😁 Therefore, I like to improvise and add healthy ingredients so that the pasta is not only tasty, but also edible and filling. This is exactly the recipe today! ✔️ 2 cups penne pasta
✔️ 480 ml (2 cups) broth or water
✔️ 400 ml (14 fl oz) tomato puree
✔️ 125 g (4.4 oz) Greek yogurt
✔️ 1 shallot
✔️ 4 cloves of garlic
✔️ bunch of parsley
✔️ 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
✔️ salt
✔️ black pepper
