My wife was part Italian and this is pretty much the same way show would make spaghetti with clam sauce. Take out the noodles and add cream , milk and clams and it makes a really nice chowder.

I love tuna with pasta. My recipe is to saute onion, small amount garlic, courgettes, mushroom, corn kernels and one tomato and add tuna with a little bit of tarragon, salt and pepper. Put in a casserole dish, put cooked penne on top and pour a jarlesberg cheese sauce on top of penne, add more cheese and sprinkle with caraway and sesame seeds. It's comfort food.

El hecho de que digan que la pasta es italiana no significa que el resto del mundo va a hacer la pasta como ustedes digan, si no le gusta como la señora prepara la pasta entonces simplemente sigan de largo, el resto del mundo agradecemos la variación, y la verdad que la pasta con el atún queda riquísimo, si a usted no le agrada es su problema pero no trate de influir de mala manera en los demás.
