If you make a gap between platforms, you could line it up with a road base plate in the city below going toward the wall. Then you could custom a bridge/overpass (with a train crossing)... triple layer transportation!
Hey Jordan, glad you've fixed the raised platform issue. Really like the Ninjago Temple high up, you should definitely keep it up there and build winding steps up the cliff to it, maybe have a cave in the side of the cliff too to take advantage of the hollow module. This is the beauty of Lego, you can can just be imaginative and create some amazing scenes. Keep up the great work!
It's looking good. Maybe the haunted mansion could go up on the platform in the corner to make space for a new coaster. Keep up the good work and enjoy the journey 👍🏻
Always cool to see you working on your city. Trying to get all the legs for your raised platform cut exactly to measure is a major headache. You need to add adjustable feet to the legs and level it that way, like you see on washing machines.
Awesome haul. Especially the crocodile. Lucky enough to have that one too and think it’s going to be really popular going forward. Great investment pieces there Bricksie!
Would be really cool to move that end shelf to butt up against the wall (for high up amusement park shenanigans), and use the gap between two platforms to make a cool bridge!
Some comments on the construction of the platform and having exactly level and same size. From experience, it is very difficult to make repeated cuts at the exact same length by eye. The pros use what is called a stop block. You set your measurement and then cut your pieces, all should be exactly the same. With legs on tables and chairs, any minor difference in length ( even a few mm‘s) will result in a table that’s not level with the adjacent platform. Another tip with miter saw, if you need to take the smallest amount of material off, lower the blade (saw off) place the piece of wood so that it touches the blade)(not the teeth), raise the blade then make the cut. This remove around a 1/32“ which cannot be easily achieved by eye. Finally, could I ask why you abandoned the adjustable legs. These have you the ability to fine tune. You mentioned that the 2x6 were bowed and causing the problems, not the legs or melamine. Good luck, keep your head up and know the end result is worth the hard work!
great idea about putting the new roller coster on the raised platform and you can connect the platform via bridge it would look awesome. the idea for raising the temple is also cool i love the journey you are going through i hope you are also enjoying this epic journey
Hi Bricksie, Great Lego room you have. I enjoy watching your project and I think you're doing a great job on this exciting journey. One thing I am worried about is this: Will the trains still corner with the new platform stand so close to the railroad track? Have a nice day/evening.
Add adjustable height to the big tables The floor isn’t exactly level That will fix the big shelf Room looks great BTW Looks loads better with the shelf cave Keep up the great work!
Hey hey! Big fan of the channel, and also a Jordan. Not a carpenter, but have you thought about maybe using those adjustable feet on your table legs at the bottom? Know that adds some extra cost but you might be able to make on the fly adjustments to make everything perfect! Keep on Lego'in - love it.
I think the tables look much better now, at first I liked the circular legs, but just the wooden legs make it look a lot better, I'm trying to mils plate my new boutique hotel, but I ran out of parts lol, I'll have to order some parts, the city's looking great Bricksie, so excited for your kids!!!!
Speaking of that Classic Batmobile...I was at a Walmart on Friday in my area and found it there...So I snagged 2. I hadn't seen it anywhere else, not even the LEGO stores in my area.
Great hauls. The table looks and hopefully holds better. My only haul this weekend was the Batman art and I chose to build Joker and it came out fantastic. Personally from my experience, whichever ones you don't build, unless you plan on doing the large Batman, you'll have a lot of spare pieces of the colors you hardly or don't use. Originally, I wanted to get 2 to build a Joker/Harley combo picture similar to Mickey & Minnie and sometime this week I'll hopefully make it to Staples to pick up the command strips. Great vid. 👍
Melamine (meh-luh-meen). Only reason caught that is I’m in the cabinet/millwork construction world. Just wanted to let you know! 🤗👍🏻. Appreciate the extents you go to for everything to be as close to perfection as possible. I’m the same way! Can be a headache but worth it in the end. Stick with it!!! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
I've made a .lxf file in Lego Digital Designer with a potential way to build the raised platform using Lego bricks only, and without needing zillions of 16x16 plates. It actually uses baseplates, because it's possible to build with baseplates that aren't on the ground. I can send you the file if you're interested. Obviously it's all just concept build, demonstrating ideas and possibilities.
I live in Southern California and the Target stores here rarely have any discounted Lego items and a smaller selection of items then are shown on your videos. Lego stores don't give discounts for damaged boxes. I think the platforms add an extra dimension to the layout. Keep tweaking the layout, I'm sure you will get it right. From Ravenclaw house.
Bricksie, not every place lets you easily buy that minifig scale Tumbler (Scarecrow) 76239. Might thus also be something to stock up as well. Too bad there isn't a high detailed Batman vs Superman batcar, as far as I know.
If you do struggle for space in the amusement park, why not move the Disney castle up on the platform? That would create plenty of room for another coaster
Just a thought regarding the space for the amusement Park, why not keep the raised platform going the whole length, then placing the disney castle on it as the grand attraction
The walmart, you went to is about to reorganised the content of the shelves to accomodate for the new stuff, so in a few days you will have some of them on sales.
Yo bricksie, I think it will be better to put the ninjako city in the raise platform and the 2 castles then put the lego modular creations where the ninjako is as a small town, that way you will have 1st Vertical Docks Recreational Area Lego Town Raise platform Castle ninjako city Fortress 2nd vertical Residential area Beach houses Beach 3rd vertical Lego Downtown 4th vertical Amusement park
I don’t care about hockey right now because my penguins lost to the rangers in their playoff series. That’s some crazy deals from the LEGO store. Unfortunately it was time to redesign the raised platform
Art displayed in the staircase looks amazing! For the platforms legs, i'd cut them all the same length, add a single centered leg and i would "shim" them using various thickness of paper and felt. Once you find the proper shim thickness you use crafting glue stick to keep the shim in place under the leg. Cheers!
The biggest problem is the type of wood you're using. Pine wood will ALWAYS warp because of humidity. I suggest using solid oak . Could you take the original IKEA table and narrow them? I know they're hollow, but you could use that to your advantage. Put the new coaster on the platform with a escalator similar to Universal Hollywood. Move that platform over to the corner to create a "valley" with a small suspension foot bridge.
Hmm nice! I saw these once at my Walmart I'll have to keep this on mind. Every time I go I look for any clearance lego I could get for parts, but there never are.
You need to make a "Bricksie" or "Bricksiewood" sign on a hill ala the Hollywood sign...I know you are in Canada but I think you probably know what I'm talking about...
@16:20 since you slid the tables over, that leg is right up against the curve track, are you sure there's enough clearance with the turning train to not hit it?
I think a carved stone staircase into the mountain up to the temple would look cool, you could do a scene of mini figs climbing the staircase
What I was thinking, with a river around it, as well.
If you make a gap between platforms, you could line it up with a road base plate in the city below going toward the wall. Then you could custom a bridge/overpass (with a train crossing)... triple layer transportation!
That's what I was thinking....
Wow! Love the Ninjago temple and mountain being so high! Looks so cool!
I think an elevated roller coaster in the back right corner behind the haunted manor. Easy fix. You're doing a great job with your city, it's awesome
Hey Jordan, glad you've fixed the raised platform issue. This is a great idea

Oh like a spooky house on a hill vibes wouldnt that look so so cool??? I love this idea dude
I am ninjago fan
My family we had those chairs out on our deck next to the pool and they are some of the most relaxing chairs ever!
I am glad to see that you are happy with your fix for the shelves.
Those Chairs are Snoozing in the Sun Comfy! I've had one very similar for years.
The pop culture street is amazing
Would be really cool to move that end shelf to butt up against the wall (for high up amusement park shenanigans), and use the gap between two platforms to make a cool bridge!

It would be cool to build a wayne tower on the platform and a batcave under it.
Amazing video!!!!!!!
*spider man shirt*
Bricksie: “That one’s too basic for me”
*literally just the Batman logo shirt*
Also Bricksie: I’m diggin that one!
great idea about putting the new roller coster on the raised platform and you can connect the platform via bridge it would look awesome. the idea for raising the temple is also cool
i love the journey you are going through i hope you are also enjoying this epic journey
Hi Bricksie,

One thing I am worried about is this: Will the trains still corner with the new platform stand so close to the railroad track?
Have a nice day/evening.
Now you need that Bricklink Designer Round 3 Waterfall to come off the Ninjago Temple Mountain and into the city.
Add adjustable height to the big tables
The floor isn’t exactly level
That will fix the big shelf
Room looks great BTW
Looks loads better with the shelf cave
Keep up the great work!
Everything is looking great. You could move Cinderella castle to the open platform or just remove it. That way the castle would look over the park.
I ordered the modular police station a few days ago. Can't wait until it gets here!!
It could look really cool if you integrated the Disney castle into the raised platform where you've got a gap by the amusement park

Looking awesome! Keep up the great work!!👍😎
RIP for that game 1 lol. What a shootout!
You should make a Lego stud ruler lol. For exact Lego measurements. Yellow and black bricks. Would be funny and scientific.
I think you should build a giant moon out of 4 16 by 16 base plates but with four sides and hang it above the city for the space sets
Great hauls. The table looks and hopefully holds better. My only haul this weekend was the Batman art and I chose to build Joker and it came out fantastic. The art wall looks insane!
I think adding some more depth in the city such as small hills and stuff would look great! Awesome video btw bricksie, keep it up!
I think you should have the ninjago temple above the rest of the modulat buidlings and just add a staircase going up, would look really good imo.
modular*

Yes, to temple mountain!

Art looks great there. And some pretty cool sets.
Buy a bunch of those Ikea x Lego collab sets and stack them up, could still run your trains through.
looks amazing keep going, i know that it can be hard some times but you got this! have a nice day :)
NO!!! Y DONT U
@@tom_715 wdym with that?
@@nlgames1691 I mean u have a good day
@@tom_715 oh lol, thanks
I love Lego and here’s something that I do and I think you should do you should make a stop motion video with your city
Always looks good! I have the Crocodile locomotive as well, just have to take delivery from my semi local used lego store!
don't forget to add a mountain path up to the temple, it'll elevate the look of it even more!
If the platform still gives you trouble, maybe convert into shelves (like the ones you have up top) and have them fixed into the wall.
you could make a two story glass roofed train station in the gap on the end of the plataform
Go flames!!! Great video
You may not have Target, but you do have Toys R Us. I miss that store so much!
Why not put the Disney castle on the raised platform and then build the steps/rock platform down off it, would save lots of space ?
Make the platform in sections, then that hopefully shouldn't happen. I'm goona build some tables similar to your, when i build my little lego city.
Amazing lego RUclips video bricksie
Bricksie, not every place lets you easily buy that minifig scale Tumbler (Scarecrow) 76239.
Might thus also be something to stock up as well.
Too bad there isn't a high detailed Batman vs Superman batcar, as far as I know.
8:05 this is genius
The Ninjago temple looks great up high like that!
Go oilers what a way to bounce back after game one! Mcdavid is by far best hockey player ever
See... a successful day ! You did it ! Congrats!
If you do struggle for space in the amusement park, why not move the Disney castle up on the platform? That would create plenty of room for another coaster
You could put the Disney castle on top of the platform.
Love the progress! Go Oilers!
I wish I saw this earlier but was at school great video can’t wait to see what you do next
Just a thought regarding the space for the amusement Park, why not keep the raised platform going the whole length, then placing the disney castle on it as the grand attraction
build bridge over the gap between amusement park ant other raised platforms
You could always call the new one Platform 2-3/4
2:04 that evil laugh lol
awesome video jordan the platforms look amazing nice lego haul go oilers go
Put a gap between platforms and built a Lego bridge.
Bro we go to the same Lego store and Walmart 😂
Really liked retro comic style Mando shirt
great job!!!
Have a good day
The walmart, you went to is about to reorganised the content of the shelves to accomodate for the new stuff, so in a few days you will have some of them on sales.
I want those sunglasses he's wearing
Yo bricksie, I think it will be better to put the ninjako city in the raise platform and the 2 castles then put the lego modular creations where the ninjako is as a small town, that way you will have
1st Vertical

Lego Town

ninjako city

I never really bought Lego but I recently got the NES and now I really want the UCS AT-AT but 800$ Is a lot of money!
I totally expected a dig at us Calgary fans in your video today, and you came through. Haha. That was a rough outing for the Flames last night. 😬
RAVENCLAW FOR LIFE
Man, the smaller platforms at the back. Could you leave a gap and build a Lego bridge between the two?
I don’t care about hockey right now because my penguins lost to the rangers in their playoff series. That’s some crazy deals from the LEGO store. Unfortunately it was time to redesign the raised platform
Art displayed in the staircase looks amazing! For the platforms legs, i'd cut them all the same length, add a single centered leg and i would "shim" them using various thickness of paper and felt. If the Oliers make it to the Stanley cup that would be enough entertainment for me but even better if they win!
How about those Oilers?! They looked good last night.
Keep an eye on that Walmart. Those papers mean there is a reset happening and some items are going be on clearance.
Hmm nice! I saw these once at my Walmart I'll have to keep this on mind.
Every time I go I look for any clearance lego I could get for parts, but there never are.
Looking good 👍
Wow
Keep up the good work!
They seem to be resetting the Lego section at Walmart. So check the clearance in the next few days. Oh yea targets got the track for like 12 bucks.
I still say move the Disney castle to the raised platform
I’m ravenclaw, I’m glad ya got the platform fixed sorry bout all your stress
Have you checked the trains in the bend? Because from the video angle it looks like you do not have the clearance to make the turn.
I know it’s ultimately up to you but the old temple of spin location looked better in my opinion, it’s very tall now and looks weird in comparison
14:43 when he points what finger is it
Any tips of how to be a good lego builder
Go Lightning ⚡
Wait, what do i see at 2:37 next to Spiderman.. Dunder Mifflin shirts!!!
Great video + Go Oilers
I love Lego
