Chance that Tag was outstanding my dude . Thank you for the shout out I really appreciate that this year I will post more videos . Killer Art Blakey Moanin find it a must have for jazz lovers . When Wayne Shorter passed away I was so sad he was one of jazz greatest composers he was with miles Davis and Blakey and the Jazz Messengers and his solo albums with blue note is worth owning big time. Chance this was so exciting to watch you pull a great varieties of albums love it . Lovellandrew

@@ConcertBuddie I’ve read a couple of interviews with Tommy about his life in Alberta and British Columbia, his life as a Chinese Canadian, his early bands, how he met Cheech. He’s a great raconteur!

Can I admit that I don't own Nevermind. To lose even more points I'll reveal that I found a clean UK OG in a charity shop for £1 over a decade ago. I sold it for about £17 on Discogs a few years later which was the median at the time! Love the title track on the Tim Buckley lp, good pick. Must revisit the Bobby Taylor lp, long time since I had it on. Cheers and all the best for 2024 Chance....Nige

@@ConcertBuddie Haha, I know. I was listening to hip hop and buying Funkadelic lps in 1991 so that 'grunge' scene wasn't my bag. I can appreciate it more now and would keep it if I found another cheap copy. My best friend has 100s of lps from that period in his attic, white copy of Bleach, sought after shoegaze etc. I keep on trying to suggest he should pass them my way but not successfully yet😁

Very cool find with the OG Foo Fighters! How did I not know Clapton was your favorite guitarist? He’s mine too! So I hate to bust your bubble but I do not have Nevermind, I know it’s crazy, never got around to getting it and now the Pallas pressing is harder to find so having to track one down. What color vinyl is the No Doubt?
We need to fix that, STAT! You not having that album is bringing down my batting average! The No Doubt record was black wax - sounds pretty good too for a 90’s mastering job (likely digital). ✌🏻
@@ConcertBuddieI got a 2nd pressing of that No Doubt from Billy on a Monday night show, pretty happy with it, it’s on clear vinyl, 96 pressing. I know not having Nevermind is almost unamerican, what’s wrong with me?

A fair assumption, but my 45’s only had one partial box (I only collect ones with the picture sleeves). Easier recall! Happy New Year!
