Thank you for continuing to recommend products that have been around for a few years when they are better than the newer ones. Honestly Cerave and Gold Bond are go tos for the itchy among us.
thank you for always making videos on eczema!! my boyfriend struggles with severe eczema covering most of his body. i know it’s not as common people with these problems really appreciate videos like this. Would you be able to make any recommendations on more body eczema related products? ideally ones that you can buy in higher volumes ☺️ thank you!
As someone who suffers with eczema, a holy grail moisturiser of mine would be the avène xeracalm lipid-replenishing balm… tried it once and never looked back
I've just discovered a Korean brand called UIQ that's focused on repairing the skin barrier. They're kinda pricey and I didn't want to like their products so much 😭
Thank you for the video! Loved it as usual! ❤ If you haven't tried VT REEDLE SHOT VITA-LIGHT CREAM, try it. It's sooooo good, I'm on my second jar already. Especially if you combine with their Reedle shot and PDRN, wow! It transformed my skin.
My holy grail moisturiser is from my home country (Australia). It’s the QV Ceramides Moisturising Cream for face & body. It has glycerin, squalane, niacinamide and of course ceramides. Can’t live w/o it!
I’ve been using Cerave healing ointment on my second degree burns(as told by my doctor, not medical advice!) and it’s been great. My skin feels much better and is back to its original texture after 1,5 of use. I’m almost out of my tub of it and I’m so sad😅
hi Hyram! Along with eczema and dry skin I found out from my dermatologist that I am allergic to propanediol and butylene glycol. I was wondering if you have ever heard of someone being allergic to these before because I can’t seem to find any resources about it. Almost every single product has these ingredients!
I love the format for these videos this year! Brilliant and so helpful! Hyram, you are wonderful and have helped me so much on my skin care journey. And now I get to see the benefits as I pass it along to my kids 🫶
Hey hyram! Love your videos but skin care and ingredients are still confusing, unsure if I'm looking for a serum or toner. I have eczema but mild on my face, and dry skin. I'm very pale so my face is red in places from being fair skinned and the sun since I was young, this has been very bad for my self esteem/confidence. I usually characterise this as an uneven skin tone or pigmentation (don't know if this is right), not from irritation or sensitivity and is constant only worse from flushes, heat, exercise. I only use a cleanser, exfoliant, moisturiser and suncream, I prefer a very basic routine but don't have a serum in it as there's so many to choose from. Is it possible to reduce my redness and do you have any recommendations of 1 or 2 products I can try that doesn't dry out my skin. My budget is the inkey list, ordinary, cerave... I'm based in UK. Any replies or suggestions would be so appreciated ❤️. Thank you
Hey love, I have really bad dark circles under my eyes and discoloration. What products would you recommend to even out my skin tone and reduce the pigment under my eyes. My skin type is combo. Thank you🤍
HYRAM ! I'm so confused - I just recently heard that you need to wait like 20-30min after applying a chemical exfoliant like an AHA or BHA BEFORE applying your moisturizer, because if you don't, it will affect the pH and essentially applying the chemical exfoliant is useless! However under Paula's Choice blog titled 'The Best Way to Apply Skin Care Products' which was also medically reviewed by a dermatologist, they say you don't need to wait? help! struggling with acne and want to make sure I'm doing it correctly!
Going in with a moisturiser immediately will buffer it but won't make it entirely ineffective. For best results it is best to apply first and wait a bit, for sensitive skin buffering is a good strategy.
I live in Sweden and the weather is making my eczema flare up like crazy, this was perfect timing !!!

Oils work best for dry skin, though it isn't a replacement for moisturisers.

For reference, I'm using the 'Facial Radiance Pads' by First Aid Beauty which have Lactic + Glycolic acid
