    Bathua Aloo Stuffed Paratha With Tomato Coriander Chutney
    Preparation time:- 15-20 min
    Cooking time:- 20-25 min
    INGREDIENTS
    For Paratha Dough
    Wheat flour- 1 1/2cup
    Chickpea flour/besan- 1/2cup
    Oil- 1tbsp
    Bathua saag- 200gm ( washed, chopped)
    Roasted sesame seed/ til- 1tbsp
    Kalongi/Nilgiri- 1tsp
    Carom seed/ajwain- 1tsp
    Onion- 1/2 (chopped)
    Turmeric-1/2ts salt to taste
    Curd-1/2cup
    Water-1/4cup
    For Aloo Filling
    Boiled potato- 4-6 ( mash it well)
    Onion- 1 (medium, chopped)
    Coriander leave- handful ( chopped)
    Green chilli- 2 (chopped)
    Salt to taste
    Roasted cumin powder - 1tsp
    For Tomato Coriander Chutney
    Roasted tomato- 2
    Roasted chilli- 2
    Roasted garlic- 4-6
    Coriander leave-handful
    Salt to taste
    Cumin seed- 1/2tap
    Lemon juice- 1/2
    For Bathua Paratha
    Ghee/oil- for fry
    Butter- for serving
