I. What’s this printer for a while now. Don’t use it as often tbh I’ve used it about 10 times. Today I tried to use it and it gave me an error saying the label isn’t on there correctly, or check printer settings.. I use Bluetooth only. The red light was blinking quickly. I kept messing with it and it eventually pretend one label out correctly. But right after it continued to give me the error. I have up since I had one good label. Issue wasn’t fixed. Smh

I cannot get the app to fill the screen on my android to where I can go thru the skip steps . when I skip to move to the next, it just drops off the screen, unable to do anything else. Any suggestions?
For thr life of me I can not get it to print the correct shipping label size. On lap top or by phone. I create shipping labels thru easy ship. When I go to print thru labelife its comes out so small that it can not be read. I've went thru over 2,000 labels trying to get this correct? What do I do
It’s cute but I have had nothing but issues with it. I can print labels sometimes but for the most part they either print blank or too small. Customer service is not very helpful. I might just go back to using a regular printer.

Very nice review. I just got essentially the same printer, model PM-249-BT. When printing using bluetooth from my iPhone 15 Pro max or from my M1 MacBook Pro, it takes at least 1 minute or up to 2 minutes before the printer actually prints the label. However when connecting to the printer using the USB cable, printing occurs immediately. Once the printing starts either via bluetooth or cable, the actually writing occurs very quickly. I was dumbfounded to see your label print immediately using bluetooth from your phone. So do you think this is an Android vs Apple issue because I have no clue what is causing such a ridiculously long delay in printing using bluetooth.
Yeah that is really odd! I do have an iPhone 11 knocking around so let me test my iPhone when back in the office tomorrow to see how mine behaves! Will keep you posted

My printer will not print anything - not a test label, not a shipping label, not anything. The paper runs through the printer and comes out blank. The correct type of labels are in the machine and in the correct way.
Just set mine up and it’s doing the same thing
Had the same problem, flip your labels over
Labels have to be inserted in the printer peelable side up.
Had the same problem, if the labels are upside down it won’t print try turning the labels so the other side faces up
My labels were in correctly. Even flipped them the wrong way to prove a point. Never printed. The company ended up refunding me my money.
what's the DC input voltage and amps?
My printer all of a sudden doesnt want ti print, it turns on when it wants and when i set it to print it turns off, its not even a year old. Very frustrating 😒

Thank you for the video. Can other size stickers be printed on the printer like round etc ? Do we need to use company specific labels or can we use stickers from other suppliers too ?
You can use any of the standard sized thermal printing labels as long as they do not exceed the maximum width of the roller, they don’t need to be brand specific, I havent seen round thermal printing labels but I also haven’t looked for them 👍

I have this and it prints for USPS and FEDEX labels for me with no issues but for some reason for UPS it doesn't print the whole label.
Same UPS labels dont work for me i dont know which ones to buy, lmk if u know pls

What size did you select for the ups label? Mine printed very small even tho i selected 4x6 inches. Anyone in the comment section can help answer if they know the size to fill the whole label surface. Tnx
Hey, do you know why UPS labels won't print correctly? All others do, but UPS always prints halfway even with the correct setting.

Mine was getting jammed ish like paper wasn’t running through straight and now it’s red blinking. Or doesn’t run the trail one like it usually does. Any help?

Can this printer print regular labels like for candle jars?
as long as you buy thermal labels, you can choose the size and make your own design for your candle jars
mine broke, like i try to print smth and it comes out blank i got these new labels and it hasn’t been working but with the last label it came with too it also didn’t work?
I came across the same issue, i followed the directions and every step and it still comes out blank

I guess it means calibrating the paper size and ready to work
I’m putting the labels through they either won’t go through or will go through and stop… nothing is printing at all and I got frustrated

My phone will not "find" the PM 241 BT printer. Keeps scanning and then says "printer not found". I've restarted everything. Re-download everything. Turned location permission on. Everything. It prints fine with computer but not phone. Sad.

how many can i print with those a day?
with the high speed mode enabled it can print 72 labels a minute! I don't use it this way though so cannot confirm 100% accuracy as I print individual shipping labels
PLEASE HELP! I’m trying to print eBay shipping labels with 4x6 labels but when I print the labels they are like 2x2 instead of printing a big 4x6 label
Make sure 4x6 is selected in the eBay app or website. It gives you a couple of choices.

what are you using to print? have you got the labels the right way up as its thermal if its upside down nothing prints

Well I don’t know what to say to you, I use mine regularly and also showed it printing! I don’t work for the company, this is just my personal experience

I do have one I use for testing products, I couldn’t use it for daily use as I am an apple sheep 😂
