I'm confused, why did it take so long for them to receive the email. I've seen on average the mail is sent right after you beat chapter 5 and return from the island
@@SIMIFU We actually just recently figured out how this works! To put it very basically, once all conditions have been met to trigger the emails: If you are not in postgame, you will receive the email after 2 hours, and only while in Rougeport. (The timer does continue to tick down outside of Rogueport.) If you are in postgame, you will receive the email after 30 minutes (Jolene's + Mush's separately means it'll take an hour). If you met the conditions before postgame, and still have over 30 minutes remaining once you reach postgame, the game will automatically set the wait time to 30 minutes. If you had less than 30 minutes remaining before reaching postgame, the wait time will remain the same. So the reason I had to wait so long is because I completed Jolene's trouble while in postgame, and had to wait 30 minutes for each of the two emails to arrive (1hr total).

I did the trouble immediately post chapter 3 and got the email to fight mush post chapter 4 so idk
