With mtech it would be easy to get into this kind of companies.. basically to get into vlsi jobs you must have some specialisation either you can go with mtech or private vlsi certification courses or cdac is also another option..

hey, the cutoff is not fixed but according to the last two-three years...140 to 150 is a safe score to be in the microelectronics!!
