“The Patriots win their 2nd Super Bowl in 3 years, and in the Free Agency & Cap Space Era, that’s as close to a dynasty as you’ll probably ever get.” Just wait, you have no idea…….
In all honesty, that statement was not too far fetched. In the salary cap era, besides the Patriots, no team has come close to achieving dynasty status.
And NE was a dynasty TWICE. from 2001-2004 and 2014-2018
@@the100thtimelord2 It's really just 1 long dynasty. It never really ended. I'd say it's more of a 2-part dynasty.
@@finchborat I agree. I think the dynasty started in 2004, then had a dip, but remained strong contenders, until 2014, where thy dynasty went back to its former peak till Brady retired
@@the100thtimelord2 You And Finchborat Are Awesome And I Agree 💯 👍 With Both Of Your Comments.
@@finchborat Agreed.
Because remember, they won 6 out of 9 attempts over a span of 17 years.
Wish they brought back a unique logo for every super bowl instead of the generic repetitive design they use now
Me too. The NFL needs to go back to having creative Super Bowl logos.
at least it has color
They did this year
At least they added design to super bowl 56 and 57 I guess
New ones better
"they've won their 2nd in 3 years - as close to a dynasty as you'll ever find"
NE wins 4 more.
With a 10 year gap of not winning one in between lol fucking crazy
@@DrShwazz true but it wasn’t like they weren’t in the Super Bowl in the gap, made it twice and had 16-0, wasn’t like 3wins then gone from planet of the earth
@@DrShwazz But made it twice in that span whilst missing the playoffs once and winning 10+ games every single season including the season they missed the playoffs, it's not like they weren't contending during that time, if anything they were still the most successful team but just couldn't get it done
@@stealthiscool Well alot of that is the new rules make it harder to cripple a QB or another player for that matter. Since Brady always wanted to win and was always conditioned the organization just had to be careful with drafting and free agency which was the Patriots real achievement having great teams all those years with winning records.
@@randalstilskin5266 So Brady was the only QB that benefited from the new rules?? I’m pretty sure they applied for all 32 teams
This is a video about John maddens life through super bowls. Most recent (the first one he missed 2022), watched privately, commentated, coached (super bowl 2 line backers coach), and watched his idol (Vince Lombardi) win the first. Incredible

I'm fortunate (and old enough) to have watched every SB. I even remember when it was called the AFL vs NFL Championship! Great seeing those early games when it wasn't a national spectacle. The early TV commentators were the best. Especially Ray Scott, who did every Packers game, Curt Gowdy and Pat Summerall.
I’m having a hard time believing this one why
Because this guy has to be at least in his late 60's

Watching Ray Lewis go out a champion and having Ed Reed get his SB was by far so much better than the first one in 00. I was in the 4th grade on the first one and my son was 2 on the 2nd one. Love both of those and have them etched in my memory for a lifetime!!!!
I was just a baby when Ray Lewis won his 1st ring & I was only 12 when he won his 2nd. My Ravens will make the Super Bowl again & they will take the Lombardi Trophy back to Baltimore.

The Ravens won a Super Bowl in 2000 and 2012. Based on that, I predict the Ravens will win a Super Bowl in 2024 with Lamar Jackson.
I can understand that. I became a Rams fan in 1999 after they won so I only experienced the 2 losses in 2001 (as a middle schooler) & 2018 (newly wed) so in 2021 it was so fun to experience the Super bowl with my wife & 2 year old daughter.

Very intriguing to see some of these games on this channel in HD for the very first time. (40, 38, 37 and even 34???)
