It was interesting to see Singapore through your eyes. Looking at your adventurous food journey made me hungry although I already live in Singapore. Hahaha. Your video of Singapore shows how both your wife and yourself really enjoy food and are willing to try different styles of cooking. Regarding the dessert that melted, its called “Ice Kachang” which is supposed to be shaved ice. Unfortunately you ordered it too early so it melted in the hot weather and does not taste good by then. Glad you enjoyed the other dishes. We are always looking forward to Japanese onsen stay with kaiseki and your videos have been very helpful. Wishing you many more interesting journeys!

I used to travel to Japan every year because of my student for the Yamaha International Electone Concour. I myself competed in 1979 and my student in 2004 won the Grand Prix. Being a musician, that is why I enjoy your videos which is full of expression and description - like good music. Before Covid we would enjoy Japan twice a year. Now that we can travel again, we will once again enjoy the hotsprings and kaiseki.
