In the dating arena where I find myself… I am not coming across many of these qualities in men. Unfortunately so far.

All these pieces of advice are so good for a healthy relationship. I truly agree with you on the point 3, most time we stop caring of ourselves when we are in a relationship, but we need to do the opposite.

This apha male trend is really getting out of hand ..... but at the same time I think women are hard to understand.....u may be a nice guy but u may end up being rejected....that's true in my case
How about when you do a lot of things you mention and then women asking you "what are you so dressed up for?" or "who are you trying to impress?" and saying in a demeaning way. This has happened to me and at times when I was not overly dressed for the occasion. We live in a society today where not only men but a lot of women have horrible style and dress.
