      @@123.MikeCheck Quick question: given the way the weights slot onto the sleeves, do you think if you turned them upside down when fully loaded they might potentially slip out? I'm worried about them being above my face when benching and not being secure. Thanks again.

      @@charleslawrence7327 Hi there. Many apologies for the delayed response. Assuming the weight of the dumbbell does not exceed it’s listed capacity, I think that as long as the set screws are seated into the plate in front of it and the locking pins are tightly secured, I would feel comfortable with pressing movements, even if held upside down. I hope this helps. Pls let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

    Those look good . I love my ironmasters with the heavy handle kit the balance is much better. And they have a whole ecosystem behind them.
    The plate changing system is not that slow when you master the process. Having said that the repxpeppin blow all of them out of the water. Gonna get em when they come out

      Hi there. The long locking pin is on the market but looks like it's out of stock on Amazon and Eisenlink's direct site (as of Apr 24, 2024). I've seen it become available but these pins are growing in demand so they sell out fairly quick. When they do become available, I hope you would kindly consider using the affiliate link in the description. Thanks for watching and let me know if you have further questions.

    Is it possible to add more weight to the dumbells? E.g. 2 more 2kg plates to make it a 40kg dunbell?

    • @123.MikeCheck
      @123.MikeCheck  6 месяцев назад +2

      The most I could get onto one dumbbell is 95lbs or about 43kg. But keep in mind that at this weight, only a small portion of the locking pin is engaged with the handle. Without a longer pin, I would stick to deadlifts, shrugs, rows. If there is enough interest, I can do a part 2 video, discussing/showing maximum capacity. I hope this helps and thanks for watching!
