നല്ല കലാകാരൻ. നർമം നന്നായി ഒഴുകി ഒഴുകി വരുന്നു. എന്താ രസം വർത്തമാനം കേൾക്കാൻ.
എന്റെ 40 വർഷം പഴയ വീട് തേച്ചത് മലയാളികൾ തന്നെ ആണ്. തേപ്പ് ഒരു ലെവലും ഇല്ല. വാരി തേച്ചത് പോലെ ആണ്. അന്നത്തെ കാലത്ത് പുട്ടി ഇല്ല. ഇനി ഇപ്പോൾ ഒന്ന് maintain ചെയ്യണം എന്നുണ്ട്. പുട്ടി ഇടണോ അതോ വേറെ വല്ല പുതിയ മാർഗവുമുണ്ടോ
എന്റെ പഴയ വീട് പൊളിക്കാതിരിക്കാൻ ജയന്റെ ഇടപെടലും കാരണമായിട്ടുണ്ട്. 🙂

Really in our Kerala no problems for applying putty
But before applying stucco putty make sure the moisture content in the wall to be less than 12%
To find out the moisture content there is a mechine called moisture meter ( normally the mechine will cost around 3000 Rs)
As a thumb rule we consider like this after plaster minium 21 days before starting painting
If we applying paint with out putty the final finishing will not be good
Try to apply 2 coat of stucco putty

Do not -Do not try to renovate a remarkably old house *if you have limited budget* . Per square feet cost will be 2 times comparing new. Labor cost, ridiculous quality and durability of Indian made materials, weather, GST, thus will end up spending a fortune, still will start feeling imperfection within next few months.

ഒരു പ്രാവശ്യം പെയിന്റടിച്ചാൽ 30 വർഷമെങ്കിലും ഗ്യാരണ്ടി വേണം. ഒരു പ്രാവശ്യം തന്നെ പെയിന്റടിക്കാൻ പെയിന്റർമാരുടെ കാല് പിടിക്കണം. പോരാത്തതിന് കൂലിയോ. സഹിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ല. വീട് എങ്ങനെയെങ്കിലും പണിയാം. പക്ഷേ.....ഹൗ ഓർക്കാനേ കഴിയുന്നില്ല

People laughed at him; but he was sure about arch type construction and went ahead without permission to make a small house in his backyard. This was one of the best houses that I ever slept in.
And probably at the cheapest construction cost.
