Y’all have no idea how much Tyler just saved me by telling me about his TMJ! I have always clenched my jaw and ground my teeth and as of last year, I developed some serious ear ringing in my right ear, and I clench, mainly on my right side and you can tell because the muscle is built up on that side more than the left… I had no idea it could cause inflammation that presses on your ear. This might actually be the solution to my problems, and I am so incredibly grateful he just told me and of course the rest of the audience about his TMJ and how it’s helping him! Wow wow wow thank you so much.

I clinch my jaw a lot when I’m anxious especially in the morning. I don’t think that crazy where I get cramps or locked. I realize it quick and remind myself to relax or at least try to. It’s a mental thing imo.
