Bulimia is not just about your issues with body but also issues with control. It is a wanting to emotionally eat because that's what bulimics are used to, and then purging so that there is no weight gain. It's a long, hard and sick cycle, self acceptance and love is the only cure. ❤️
Great job Pia. Can you cover intermittent fasting in a Philippine and eating local and healthy foods with lots of gulay, less rice, fish, not fatty meat, etc. I grew up like that in Philippines. No dieting, it’s a way of life. She has so many excuses. No dieting. Intermittent fasting is giving your body enough time, at least 12 hours of not eating... eat breakfast and lunch as one meal. You can drink coffee or tea. Many people are addicted to food. She has to change her relationship with food. Pray as you fast.
Hi miss pia its a eye opener to all the people who are way more bully cause they won’t fit you in everything all i learned in life and in this segment love yourself balance of everything ive been criticize too that i am skinny cause they think of me im a addicted into you know illegal things but all they speculations are not cause im using the gym everyday to lose my weight now and gaining weight all the people speculated on me that i am gaining weight due of stop using things but the reality pandemic in Cebu and you scared to contact a person who you didn’t know can’t go out easily that is hy ik gaining weight now i should balance everything and i start to go back where i belong.

There are so many obese people in Philippines now. Many more can afford eating out. Unfortunately fast foods are famous and affordable to many Filipinos. Eat them less. Eat less quantity. Break your fast or breakfast can be music later like 12 noon, combine it with your lunch. This is not dieting. You can eat healthy between 12 noon and 8pm to start with. And sleep away your fast for 8 hours. Add another 4 hours until you break your fast. Very doable. NO MORE DIETING. Just eat healthy. You may treat yourself with a slice of dessert once in awhile. It’s really getting addicted... so reflect on why you use food to make yourself feeling okay.
