But I will say I'm actually very proud of myself... If you would of seen how bad I moved around in armor when I started a year ago you would know how much I have improved since training with Knyaz USA - Medieval Fighting Club 💪
I still have to stop holding my breath... As soon as I get excited I start holding my breath and get exhausted half way through any fight lol
