He did a song in a movie called Comic Book The Movie and he sang the chorus with me at the Con. (I will take that memory forever!) When a guy can do all four Beatles voices and make them sound as exactly distinct as they, you can not deny the man's pure, raw and natural talent. Jess and Rock Sugar forever!!

"The Court" opinion that consumers would think the music was "The Singer" not Jess Harnell imitating "The Singer". Since "misleading to the public" in this instance could be Trademark issue. (I am not a lawyer but music industry is very creative at stopping covers and mashups retail wise.)
