I actually liked the performance and how they paid homage to H.O.T with how they dressed as well. It was a good cover and thoroughly enjoyable. The melody sung of when it was made but they made it modern enough for it to not be cheesy in this era. It's great!

excellent cover ♡♡ i was a huge fan of h.o.t. back in the day and so far this is the best cover ive seen... did an awesome remake while adding a touch of monsta x flare... exo's is a close second though

I love how kpop keeps their predecessors alive by having the new bands cover their hits! Wish the west did that more. I would love to see and here some of my favorite bands from the west cover past decai.

The best cover is by H.O.T themselves like they did in their reunion concert last Feb hahaha . But I agree with you. Dont mean to offend Wanna One's fans, but I think this version is better, because Monsta X could bring the energy of this song, just kind of lack of the anger. Wanna One version feel kind of weak compare than the original or even to this version.

Hahaha.... that cover by H.O.T is just my joke. That cover joke is for their reunion concert performance. Because when watching their performance even after these 17 years they've been disbanded, their performance still the best one, its their 1st time performed it again after that long time. I've watched many of new gen idols covers, and watched H.O.T live performance I realize noone of them could beat H.O.T in perform their own song. Even though 3 of H.O.T members are 40 years old now, their version really full of energy plus great voices that I couldnt feel it in the covers. Its made me understand why H.O.T were the top and have SK in their palms even after these years they've been inactive.
I would stan H.O.T as well if I know them in 90's. Too bad in that time most of world famous Boybands are from USA and Europe like BSB or NSync. I just knew some of H.O.T songs before it. But now after I digging more of them, many of their unknown songs for me really are my cup of tea, as originally metal/rock head. Mostly I Yah, Outside the Castle, All Alone, NBK and You Got Gun.
